V roce 2012 vydalo Ministerstvo zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u201eKodex farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch trh\u016f\u201c, kter\u00fd definuje pojem farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 trhy a popisuje, jak\u00e9 po\u017eadavky maj\u00ed potraviny na nich prod\u00e1van\u00e9, spl\u0148ovat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kontrola kvality je i p\u0159esto ale pom\u011brn\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1, proto\u017ee farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch trh\u016f je mnoho, konaj\u00ed se pouze v n\u011bkter\u00e9 dny, n\u011bkdy m\u011bn\u00ed m\u00edsto kon\u00e1n\u00ed. Mezi ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed jevy, kter\u00e9 se opakovan\u011b zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed nab\u00edzen\u00ed nep\u016fvodn\u00edho zbo\u017e\u00ed (prodejce nab\u00edz\u00ed potraviny zakoupen\u00e9 z velkoobchodu jako farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9). Potraviny jsou \u010dasto tak\u00e9 nevhodn\u011b skladovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy a prodeje, a t\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed jejich kvality nebo dokonce ke zdravotn\u00ed z\u00e1vadnosti \u2013 p\u0159emrzl\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina, potraviny dlouho vystaven\u00e9 teplu a slune\u010dn\u00edmu svitu (ovoce a zelenina vysych\u00e1, v ryb\u00e1ch, mase \u010di ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k pomno\u017een\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch bakteri\u00ed). P\u0159i malov\u00fdrob\u011b potravin je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kontrola <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips49'>zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnosti<\/span> i b\u011bhem v\u00fdroby \u2013 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm organick\u00fdch hnojiv jako jsou hn\u016fj a mo\u010d\u016fvka je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko p\u0159enosu infek\u010dn\u00edch fek\u00e1ln\u011b-or\u00e1ln\u00edch infekc\u00ed, u malochov\u016f slepic je oproti velkochov\u016fm mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko p\u0159enosu salmonel z vajec. Na farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch trz\u00edch se zejm\u00e9na d\u0159\u00edve objevovali i v\u00fdrobci bez opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b potravin \u2013 d\u00edky tomu nebylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno jejich odborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed ani ru\u010den\u00ed za zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost a kvalitu potravin.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Jak bezpe\u010dn\u011b nakupovat na farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m trhu<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>V\u011bnujte pozornost kvalit\u011b potravin \u2013 jak rozpoznat \u010derstv\u00e9 potraviny od zdravotn\u011b rizikov\u00fdch se dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/37\/\">zde<\/a>. V\u0161\u00edmejte si zp\u016fsobu <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/159\/\">skladov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin<\/a>\u00a0 b\u011bhem prodeje \u2013 teploty, vystaven\u00ed slunci, ochrany p\u0159ed hmyzem a podobn\u011b. Pov\u0161imn\u011bte si tak\u00e9, zda prodejce dodr\u017euje hygienick\u00e9 z\u00e1sady p\u0159i prodeji \u2013 odd\u011blen\u00e1 manipulace se syrov\u00fdmi a tepeln\u011b upraven\u00fdmi potravinami, s pen\u011bzi, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ochrann\u00fdch pom\u016fcek, \u0161etrn\u00e9 zach\u00e1zen\u00ed s potravinami. Prodejce by m\u011bl m\u00edt viditeln\u011b vystavenou informaci o opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b a prodeji potravin, p\u016fvodu potravin, odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 osob\u011b. Pokud chcete o p\u016fvodu nakupovan\u00fdch potravin v\u011bd\u011bt co nejv\u00edce, zaje\u010fte se na svou obl\u00edbenou farmu pod\u00edvat osobn\u011b.
