N\u011bkter\u00fdm druh\u016fm potravin, a to nejen t\u011bm \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdm, bychom se ale m\u011bli v syrov\u00e9m stavu sp\u00ed\u0161e vyh\u00fdbat. Existuje dokonce alternativn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd sm\u011br &#8211; <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips155'>vitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/span>, jeho\u017e vyznava\u010di (vitari\u00e1ni) konzumuj\u00ed pouze syrov\u00e9 potraviny (ovoce, zeleninu, o\u0159echy, semena a nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 lu\u0161t\u011bniny a obiloviny).<\/p>\n<p>Syrov\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina jsou bohat\u00fdm zdrojem zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011blu tekutiny, vitaminy (vitamin C, K, H, beta-karoten a dal\u0161\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips192'>karotenoidy<\/span>, kyselinu listovou), miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky (drasl\u00edk, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk), vl\u00e1kninu, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips175'>antioxidanty<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips134'>antikarcinogeny<\/span>\u00a0 a dal\u0161\u00ed biologicky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Pravideln\u00e1 konzumace dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed syrov\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed vznikem v\u011bt\u0161iny civiliza\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Syrov\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina upravuje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, pro\u010di\u0161\u0165uje organismus a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 z n\u011bj vyplavovat toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. \u010cerstv\u00e9 ovoce je ide\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1kuskem.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u0161etrnou tepelnou \u00fapravou naproti tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zni\u010den\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bchto prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Toxin fasin p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd v zelen\u00fdch fazol\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee u citliv\u00fdch osob vyvolat ko\u017en\u00ed reakci.\u00a0 Varem se tyto toxiny ni\u010d\u00ed, proto je mo\u017eno s\u00f3ju a zelen\u00e9 fazole konzumovat jen po tepeln\u00e9 \u00faprav\u011b.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Syrov\u00e1 s\u00f3ja obsahuje tak\u00e9 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips166'>antivitaminy<\/span>\u00a0proti vitamin\u016fm A, D, E, K a B12 a dal\u0161\u00ed antinutri\u010dn\u00ed\u00a0slo\u017eky.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Lu\u0161t\u011bniny maj\u00ed nad\u00fdmav\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Varem a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm slit\u00edm v\u00fdvaru lu\u0161t\u011bniny \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nad\u00fdmav\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f zbav\u00edme.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>N\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy hub, nap\u0159\u00edklad h\u0159ib kolod\u011bj a h\u0159ib nachov\u00fd, obsahuj\u00ed v syrov\u00e9m stavu toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00fdch se zbav\u00edme pouze varem del\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e asi 30 minut.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\u017dampiony a pe\u010d\u00e1rky obsahuj\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips197'>mutagenn\u00ed<\/span>\u00a0l\u00e1tku agaritin, kter\u00e1 se z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti ni\u010d\u00ed varem.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<strong> <br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pozor! Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 konzumovat nejen dostatek syrov\u00e9 zeleniny, ale i t\u00e9 \u0161etrn\u011b tepeln\u011b upraven\u00e9, ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je nap\u0159\u00edklad va\u0159en\u00ed v p\u00e1\u0159e.
