Vhodn\u00e9 je vakuov\u00e9 uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed potravin, kter\u00e9 zabr\u00e1n\u00ed u aromatick\u00fdch potravin na\u010dichnut\u00ed a udr\u017e\u00ed d\u00e9le \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce, zeleninu nebo maso;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>neukl\u00e1dat k sob\u011b vz\u00e1jemn\u011b neslu\u010diteln\u00e9 potraviny (kv\u016fli mo\u017en\u00e9mu riziku mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed kontaminace nebo vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9mu p\u0159ej\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pach\u016f). Pro zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed kontaminace je t\u0159eba v\u017edy odd\u011blen\u011b (nap\u0159. v samostatn\u00e9 z\u00e1suvce v mrazni\u010dce nebo p\u0159ihr\u00e1dce v lednici, aby nedo\u0161lo ke kontaktu s jin\u00fdmi potravinami) skladovat syrov\u00e9 maso, ryby a dr\u016fbe\u017e. Pozor mus\u00edme d\u00e1vat tak\u00e9 p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed vajec (ukl\u00e1dat je v chladu, odd\u011blen\u011b od ostatn\u00edch potravin, nap\u0159. ve vy\u010dlen\u011bn\u00e9m plastov\u00e9m boxu ve\u00a0 dve\u0159\u00edch lednice). P\u0159i manipulaci s vejci mus\u00edme m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee \u0161kodliv\u00e9 bakterie\u00a0 mohou b\u00fdt i na prolo\u017ek\u00e1ch (kart\u00f3nov\u00fdch platech, krabi\u010dk\u00e1ch), v nich\u017e jsme vaj\u00ed\u010dka donesli z obchodu. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 je t\u0159eba ukl\u00e1dat rovn\u011b\u017e neo\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 brambory a zeleninu (v hl\u00edn\u011b mohou b\u00fdt samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomny choroboplodn\u00e9 z\u00e1rodky). Aby se potraviny vz\u00e1jemn\u011b neovliv\u0148ovaly sv\u00fdm pachem, je nezbytn\u00e9 v dob\u0159e uzav\u0159en\u00fdch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch uchov\u00e1vat jak aromatick\u00e9, v\u00fdrazn\u011b von\u00edc\u00ed potraviny (ko\u0159en\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00e9 s\u00fdry, oloupan\u00fd \u010desnek), tak\u00a0 potraviny, kter\u00e9 ciz\u00ed pachy snadno p\u0159ej\u00edmaj\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>chladni\u010dku nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed p\u0159epl\u0148ovat;<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed masa, zeleniny nebo ovoce v mrazni\u010dce je t\u0159eba plastov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky, do nich\u017e tyto potraviny vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me, ozna\u010dit datem uskladn\u011bn\u00ed a potraviny postupn\u011b spot\u0159ebov\u00e1vat (mra\u017een\u00e9 maso nen\u00ed poklad, aby se v mrazni\u010dce schra\u0148ovalo po l\u00e9ta !). Rovn\u011b\u017e v mrazni\u010dce je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 druhy potravin ukl\u00e1dat v odd\u011blen\u00fdch z\u00e1suvk\u00e1ch (p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mra\u017een\u00e9 maso, ryby a dr\u016fbe\u017e by m\u011bly b\u00fdt v\u017edy v z\u00e1suvce spodn\u00ed);<\/li>\n<li>rozmrazov\u00e1n\u00ed mra\u017een\u00fdch potravin m\u00e1 prob\u00edhat nejl\u00e9pe v chladni\u010dce. P\u0159i teplot\u011b kolem 5\u00baC sice prob\u00edh\u00e1 rozmrazov\u00e1n\u00ed pozvolna, nem\u016f\u017ee v\u0161ak p\u0159itom doj\u00edt k ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edmu pomno\u017een\u00ed mikrob\u016f (kter\u00e9 hroz\u00ed nap\u0159. p\u0159i rozmrazov\u00e1n\u00ed masa \u010di dr\u016fbe\u017ee v tepl\u00e9 vod\u011b nebo na kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 lince p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b). Pokud dojde k necht\u011bn\u00e9mu rozmrznut\u00ed zamra\u017een\u00fdch potravin (v\u00fdpadek proudu, porucha mrazni\u010dky), mus\u00ed se tyto potraviny ihned tepeln\u011b opracovat a spot\u0159ebovat, p\u0159i pozdn\u00edm objeven\u00ed z\u00e1vady zlikvidovat. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nelze jednou rozmrzl\u00e9 potraviny znovu zmrazit;<\/li>\n<li>nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 nakupovat velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin do z\u00e1soby, abychom je dok\u00e1zali v\u010das zkonzumovat a zbyte\u010dn\u011b se nezkazily. P\u0159ed pou\u017eit\u00edm v\u017edy kontrolujeme, zda potravina nen\u00ed pro\u0161l\u00e1 (tzn. po vyzna\u010den\u00e9 dob\u011b pou\u017eitelnosti nebo minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trvanlivosti). V\u00a0t\u00e9to souvislosti si mus\u00edme \u0159\u00edci je\u0161t\u011b jednu d\u016fle\u017eitou v\u011bc \u2013 jakost a zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost je v\u00a0t\u00e9to dob\u011b garantov\u00e1na, pokud je potravina spr\u00e1vn\u011b uskladn\u011bna a pokud nen\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b p\u0159ed uskladn\u011bn\u00edm dlouho v\u00a0nevhodn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch . Nem\u016f\u017eeme se proto divit, \u017ee jogurt se zkaz\u00ed, i kdy\u017e nen\u00ed pro\u0161l\u00fd, pokud ho m\u00edsto do ledni\u010dky d\u00e1me za okno nebo ho m\u00e1me dlouho v\u00a0n\u00e1kupn\u00ed ta\u0161ce nebo aut\u011b;<\/li>\n<li>ve\u0161ker\u00e9 zka\u017een\u00e9 a plesniv\u00e9 potraviny je t\u0159eba hned vyhodit. Z plesniv\u00e9ho chleba nebo pe\u010diva se snadno pl\u00edse\u0148 p\u0159enese na jin\u00e9, spole\u010dn\u011b uskladn\u011bn\u00e9 potraviny;<\/li>\n<li>prostory pro skladov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin mus\u00edme udr\u017eovat v \u010distot\u011b. Pravideln\u00fd \u00faklid, malov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed reg\u00e1l\u016f je t\u0159eba ve sklep\u011b, kde ukl\u00e1d\u00e1me potraviny, a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 ve sp\u00ed\u017ei. Chladni\u010dky a mraz\u00e1ky je t\u0159eba \u010das od \u010dasu odmrazit, vym\u00fdt teplou vodou se sapon\u00e1tem (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b s vhodn\u00fdm dezinfek\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem), n\u00e1sledn\u011b um\u00fdt \u010distou vodou a pe\u010dliv\u011b vysu\u0161it jednor\u00e1zov\u00fdmi ut\u011brkami. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b modern\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f s tzv. antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fapravou vnit\u0159n\u00edch povrch\u016f se p\u0159i jejich \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed postupuje dle n\u00e1vodu v\u00fdrobce;<\/li>\n<li>v prostor\u00e1ch, kde se skladuj\u00ed potraviny, pokud mo\u017eno nem\u00e1 doch\u00e1zet ke kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed teploty, aby na potravin\u00e1ch nekondenzovala voda (vytvo\u0159ily by se vhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky k pomno\u017een\u00ed mikrob\u016f);<\/li>\n<li>spole\u010dn\u011b s potravinami neskladujeme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jin\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty ani l\u00e1tky. Do lahv\u00ed a obal\u016f od potravin z\u00e1sadn\u011b neukl\u00e1d\u00e1me \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie, aby nedo\u0161lo k z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b a v d\u016fsledku toho k otrav\u011b \u010di polept\u00e1n\u00ed za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edho traktu;<\/li>\n<li>v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b mus\u00edme zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby do m\u00edst, kde se skladuj\u00ed potraviny (sklep, sp\u00ed\u017e) vnikali hlodavci nebo hmyz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span><em><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00e1 literatura:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em>Mu\u017e\u00edk, V.
