{"id":534,"date":"2018-12-04T14:34:12","date_gmt":"2018-12-04T13:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/2018\/12\/04\/zakladni-pravidla-pri-sberu-a-konzumaci-jedlych-hub\/"},"modified":"2025-03-14T14:21:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T13:21:08","slug":"zakladni-pravidla-pri-sberu-a-konzumaci-jedlych-hub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/zakladni-pravidla-pri-sberu-a-konzumaci-jedlych-hub\/","title":{"rendered":"Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla p\u0159i sb\u011bru a konzumaci jedl\u00fdch hub"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003399\">Pravidla, kter\u00e1 je t\u0159eba doda\u017eovat p\u0159i sb\u011bru jedl\u00fdch hub a jejich konzumaci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abychom si na houb\u00e1ch pochutnali a nebylo n\u00e1m po nich zle, je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eovat n\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pravidel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nikdy nesb\u00edrejte houby, kter\u00e9 nezn\u00e1te;<\/li>\n<li>nikdy nesb\u00edrejte houby do igelitov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f a ta\u0161ek;<\/li>\n<li>nesb\u00edrejte houby, kter\u00e9 nesou zn\u00e1mky pl\u00edsn\u00ed, hniloby, houby rozm\u00e1\u010den\u00e9 \u010di velmi \u010derviv\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>nesb\u00edrejte houby v bl\u00edzkosti skl\u00e1dek a ru\u0161n\u00fdch cest;<\/li>\n<li>po p\u0159\u00edchodu z lesa houby co nejd\u0159\u00edve zpracujte, o\u010dist\u011bte je a rozt\u0159i\u010fte, co bude na su\u0161en\u00ed, na va\u0159en\u00ed, obalov\u00e1n\u00ed, zava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed apod.;<\/li>\n<li>syrov\u00e9 houby skladujte p\u0159ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm co nejkrat\u0161\u00ed dobu a v\u00a0chladu;<br \/>houby v\u017edy d\u016fkladn\u011b tepeln\u011b zpracujte;<\/li>\n<li>houbov\u00e9 pokrmy konzumujte co nejd\u0159\u00edve po p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b, zbyl\u00e9 houbov\u00e9 j\u00eddlo m\u016f\u017eete\u00a0 zchladit a znovu oh\u0159\u00e1t pozd\u011bji, v\u0161eobecn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e1 pov\u011bra, \u017ee houbov\u00e1 j\u00eddla se nesm\u00ed znovu oh\u0159\u00edvat, nen\u00ed zalo\u017eena na pravd\u011b;<\/li>\n<li>houbov\u00e9 pokrmy nekonzumujte p\u0159ed span\u00edm, houby jsou h\u016f\u0159e straviteln\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>houby\u00a0nekombinujte s alkoholem;<\/li>\n<li>n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy hub, nap\u0159\u00edklad h\u0159ib kolod\u011bj a h\u0159ib nachov\u00fd a dal\u0161\u00ed, obsahuj\u00ed v syrov\u00e9m stavu toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00fdch se zbav\u00edme pouze varem del\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e asi 30 minut;<\/li>\n<li>nikdy\u00a0 nekupujte houby skladovan\u00e9 mimo chlad\u00edc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>Pozor na kupovan\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 houby poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z asijsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed! Mohou b\u00fdt mikrobi\u00e1ln\u011b kontaminov\u00e1ny &#8211; p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch byly \u010dast\u00e9 n\u00e1lezy Salmonell, je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 s t\u011bmito houbami zach\u00e1zet jako se syrovou dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed. Salmonelly usmrt\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00fd var, b\u011bhem zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je t\u0159eba zabr\u00e1nit <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/30\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9 kontaminaci<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span><em><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00e1 literatura<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em>Dvo\u0159\u00e1kov\u00e1, J., Houby jako potravina.
