K\u00e1vovina je obecn\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed pro n\u00e1hra\u017eku k\u00e1vy, nej\u010dast\u011bji se jedn\u00e1 o r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy obiln\u00fdch zrn, kter\u00e1 se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed podobn\u011b jako k\u00e1va. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem lze vyu\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad: cikorku (pra\u017een\u00fd ko\u0159en \u010dekanky), je\u010dmen, slad, \u017eito, hr\u00e1ch, ale tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b obvykl\u00e9 suroviny jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad mandle.\u00a0 Svou roli k\u00e1voviny sehr\u00e1ly zejm\u00e9na v dob\u00e1ch krize, nap\u0159. b\u011bhem obou sv\u011btov\u00fdch v\u00e1lek, kdy byl nedostatek k\u00e1vy a pop\u00edjely se bu\u010f \u010dist\u011b k\u00e1vovinov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, nebo sm\u011bsi k\u00e1vovin s k\u00e1vou v r\u016fzn\u00e9m pom\u011bru. Mezi ne\u017e\u00e1douc?? \u00fa\u010dinky pt\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u011b bolesti \u017ealudku, p\u00e1len\u00ed \u017e\u00e1hy a\u017e \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed v\u0159edy, bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 zrychlen\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, infarkt. Proto\u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed mo\u010dopudn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee podporovat rozvoj ledvinov\u00fdch poruch, proto se p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edjmu kofeinu doporu\u010duje p\u00edt v\u00edce tekutin.
