Jednolet\u00e1 rostlina pohanka set\u00e1 (<em>Fagopyrum esculentum<\/em>) pat\u0159\u00ed do \u010deledi rdesnovit\u00fdch a \u0159ad\u00edme ji mezi tzv. pseudoobilniny.<\/p>\n<p>Pohanka byla na na\u0161e \u00fazem\u00ed dovezena ve 13. stolet\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00e1jezdech Tatar\u016f (odtud tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed n\u00e1zev, nebo\u0165 ti byli pova\u017eov\u00e1ni za pohany).<\/p>\n<p>Jej\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed se d\u00edky nen\u00e1ro\u010dnosti na p\u011bstitelsk\u00e9 podm\u00ednky rychle roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo, postupn\u011b v\u0161ak byla vytla\u010dena z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku jin\u00fdmi potravinami. N\u00e1vrat ke konzumaci pohanky zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1me a\u017e v posledn\u00edch letech. Pohanka m\u00e1 typickou chu\u0165, kter\u00e1 pro n\u00e1s z po\u010d\u00e1tku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nezvykl\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d konzumovat pohanku?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pohanka je nutri\u010dn\u011b bohat\u00e1 plodina, p\u0159irozen\u011b bezlepkov\u00e1, lze ji proto vyu\u017e\u00edt pro bezlepkovou dietu. Obsahuje vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed lehce straviteln\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin, v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed tuk\u016f (vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kyseliny linolov\u00e9 a linolenov\u00e9), dostatek miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek, zejm\u00e9na drasl\u00edku, v\u00e1pn\u00edku, fosforu a ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, z vitamin\u016f je bohat\u00e1 na vitaminy skupiny B a vitamin E. Ve 100 gramech pohanky je asi 72 g <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips235'>sacharid\u016f<\/span>, 10 g b\u00edlkovin a 2 g tuk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pohanka je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem bioflavonoidu <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips309'>rutinu<\/span> (6,5 mg\/100 g), d\u0159\u00edve ozna\u010dovan\u00e9ho jako vitamin P. <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips309'>rutin<\/span> je l\u00e1tka d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00ed c\u00e9v, proto se uplat\u0148uje v prevenci onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srdce a c\u00e9v. D\u00e1le <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips309'>rutin<\/span> br\u00e1n\u00ed znehodnocen\u00ed vitaminu C a zvy\u0161uje jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i krv\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje obranyschopnost, napom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat krevn\u00ed tlak, sni\u017euje hladinu <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips188'>cholesterolu<\/span> v krvi a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b m\u00e1 \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch pro zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch funkc\u00ed. Doporu\u010den\u00e1 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips309'>rutinu<\/span> se pohybuje mezi 20-60 mg u d\u011bt\u00ed a 60-100 mg u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 \u00faprava pohanky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips194'>kulin\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/span> p\u0159\u00edprava je snadn\u00e1, pohanku je doporu\u010deno p\u0159edem opra\u017eit na sucho \u010di na tuku. Nen\u00ed to nutnost, jen se t\u00edm zv\u00fdrazn\u00ed jej\u00ed chu\u0165. Va\u0159\u00ed se 15-20 minut (l\u00e1manka krat\u0161\u00ed dobu) obvykle v 1,5 a\u017e 2 n\u00e1sobku objemu tekutiny (nej\u010dast\u011bji voda \u010di ml\u00e9ko). Lze ji pou\u017e\u00edt jako p\u0159\u00edlohu, k zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pol\u00e9vek a om\u00e1\u010dek, do n\u00e1divek, do zap\u00e9kan\u00fdch pokrm\u016f apod.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sortiment v\u00fdrobk\u016f z pohanky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V prodejn\u00edm sortimentu nalezneme celou loupanou pohanku, pohanku l\u00e1manku, krupici, mouku, pohankov\u00fd \u010daj, vlo\u010dky, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips200'>instantn\u00ed<\/span> ka\u0161e, t\u011bstoviny, extrudovan\u00e9 k\u0159upky, pohankov\u00fd <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips200'>instantn\u00ed<\/span> n\u00e1poj, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se dokonce i pohankov\u00e9 slupky jako sou\u010d\u00e1st bylinn\u00fdch \u010daj\u016f, obklad\u016f \u010di n\u00e1pln\u00ed do pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159k\u016f. V\u00a0obchodech najdeme i chl\u00e9b a pe\u010divo s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem pohankov\u00e9 mouky.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vyzkou\u0161ejte si recept z pohanky:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pohankov\u00e1 ka\u0161e: 250 g loupan\u00e9 pohanky nebo pohanky l\u00e1manky, 1 litr vody nebo ml\u00e9ka, s\u016fl, m\u00e1slo, cukr, vanilkov\u00fd lusk a sko\u0159ice.<br \/>Omytou pohanku na sucho opra\u017ete, zalijte vodou \u010di ml\u00e9kem, p\u0159idejte kousek m\u00e1sla, s\u016fl, vanilkov\u00fd lusk a p\u0159ive\u010fte k varu. Pak sni\u017ete teplotu na minimum a va\u0159te do zm\u011bknut\u00ed. Hotovou ka\u0161i posypte cukrem se sko\u0159ic\u00ed.
