Teprve pot\u00e9 p\u0159es jemn\u00e9 s\u00edtko zced\u00edme a zchlad\u00edme ve zmrzlinova\u010di (nebo v mrazni\u010dce, je ale pot\u0159eba n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t b\u011bhem mra\u017een\u00ed kr\u00e9m vyjmout a umixovat dohladka).<br \/><\/span><span>Druhou hrst kv\u011bt\u016f p\u0159iprav\u00edme kandov\u00e1n\u00edm na ozdobu &#8211; vrchovatou l\u017e\u00edci mou\u010dkov\u00e9ho cukru sva\u0159\u00edme s 2 l\u017e\u00edcemi vody na \u0159\u00eddk\u00fd sirup. Je\u0161t\u011b tepl\u00fd sirup nat\u00edr\u00e1me \u0161t\u011bte\u010dkem na kv\u011bty, pokladen\u00e9 na plechu na pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00ed\u0159e.
