Jak\u00e9 \u017eiviny mohou m\u00edt vliv na plodnost mu\u017ee i \u017eeny a jak\u00e9 z\u00e1sady by m\u011bli budouc\u00ed rodi\u010de dodr\u017eovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina \u017een se sna\u017e\u00ed v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed zdrav\u011bji j\u00edst a i jinak se starat o zdrav\u00ed sv\u00e9 i miminka. Na po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed pak mohou m\u00edt velk\u00e9 nedostatky ve v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b \u017eeny z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed, ale i \u017eivot vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edho se plodu. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00ed i zdrav\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud si p\u00e1r p\u0159eje ot\u011bhotn\u011bt, je vhodn\u00e9, aby t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pom\u011br aktivn\u00ed hmoty a tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b byly u obou partner\u016f v norm\u011b. Tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ulo\u017een\u00e1 v oblasti b\u0159icha, produkuje toti\u017e <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips265'>hormony<\/span> estrogeny a sni\u017euje citlivost tk\u00e1n\u00ed na inzulin (tzv. inzulinov\u00e1 rezistence), t\u00edm se sni\u017euje \u0161ance na ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00ed i udr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. S obezitou v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je spojen\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 cukrovky, vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku, potratu, porodn\u00edch komplikac\u00ed, \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed i zhor\u0161en\u00e1 poporodn\u00ed adaptace miminka a probl\u00e9my s kojen\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Obezita a s n\u00ed spojen\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips265'>hormon\u016f<\/span> estrogen\u016f a inzulinov\u00e1 rezistence sni\u017euje plodnost i u mu\u017e\u016f, proto\u017ee sni\u017euje hladinu mu\u017esk\u00e9ho hormonu testosteronu a naru\u0161uje v\u00fdvoj spermi\u00ed. I m\u00edrn\u00e1 redukce 10 % tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd vliv na plodnost, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ale spr\u00e1vn\u011b vedena, aby do\u0161lo k \u00fabytku pouze tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, nikoli svalov\u00e9, a z\u016fstal zachov\u00e1n p\u0159\u00edjem v\u0161ech pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch \u017eivin. Mu\u017ei s podv\u00e1hou a n\u00edzk\u00fdm pod\u00edlem tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b maj\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd po\u010det spermi\u00ed.
