Kupujeme v\u017edy jen kvalitn\u00ed sem\u00ednka a o\u0159echy (ide\u00e1ln\u011b <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips259'>vakuov\u011b<\/span> balen\u00e9 nebo balen\u00e9 v ochrann\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e). Je vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na potraviny, kter\u00e9 se rychleji kaz\u00ed \u2013 sendvi\u010de nebo sal\u00e1ty se \u0161unkou, masem, rybou, vejcem.
