M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edvodem potravou, poruchou vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, nedostate\u010dnou funkc\u00ed nebo nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm vystaven\u00edm k\u016f\u017ee slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je nezbytn\u00e9 pro tvorbu vitaminu D v k\u016f\u017ei. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D je nepostradateln\u00fd ke vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku a fosforu ze st\u0159eva a pro mineralizaci kost\u00ed. P\u0159i jeho nedostatku doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0poru\u0161e mineralizace kost\u00ed, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek jejich m\u011bknut\u00ed. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m tvaru kost\u00ed, poruch\u00e1m hybnosti a bolestem v kostech. V\u00a0d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku se tato nemoc naz\u00fdv\u00e1 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips269'>k\u0159ivice<\/span> nebo tak\u00e9 rachitida (v\u00edce <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/300\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koho <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> nej\u010dast\u011bji postihuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch jsou osteomalaci\u00ed posti\u017eeni zejm\u00e9na star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed m\u00e1lo \u010dasu venku (nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 tvorba vitaminu D v\u00a0k\u016f\u017ei), maj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edvod vitaminu D stravou, trp\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00edm jater \u010di ledvin nebo u nich doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0poruch\u00e1m vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu D z\u00a0tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu (<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips266'>celiakie<\/span>, nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 funkce slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed, chirurgick\u00e9 z\u00e1kroky na tr\u00e1vic\u00edm traktu). Tento typ <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> (p\u0159i st\u0159evn\u00edch a jatern\u00edch chorob\u00e1ch) se vyskytuje pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto. Riziko <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> tak\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e9ky proti epilepsii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> projevuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se projevuje zejm\u00e9na bolestmi kost\u00ed, kol\u00e9bavou, tzv. kachn\u00ed ch\u016fz\u00ed, a svalovou slabost\u00ed. \u010casto \u010dlov\u011bk c\u00edt\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161enou t\u011blesnou \u00fanavu i p\u0159i nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b. V\u00a0pokro\u010dil\u00e9m stupni posti\u017een\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee snadno doch\u00e1zet ke zlomenin\u00e1m kost\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159i drobn\u00fdch \u00farazech.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> je nejprve t\u0159eba zjistit p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu a podle toho stanovit l\u00e9\u010dbu. P\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edvodu vitaminu D se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 vitamin D spolu s v\u00e1pn\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prevence <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vzniku <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> v\u00a0mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017eeme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u0159edej\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edvodem vitaminu D stravou a p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm pobytem venku na slunci (alespo\u0148 patn\u00e1ct minut n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b). V\u00a0potrav\u011b je vitamin D p\u0159\u00edtomen zejm\u00e9na v \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch. Nejv\u00edce ho obsahuj\u00ed m\u00e1slo, ryby (zejm\u00e9na tu\u010dn\u00e9 ryby \u2013 losos, sle\u010f, makrela), vejce, dro\u017ed\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span><em><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00e1 literatura:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/><span><em>Pavel Hor\u00e1k. <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips179'>osteomalacie<\/span> a rachitida.
