V \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm slova smyslu pat\u0159\u00ed k cukr\u016fm i dal\u0161\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips235'>sacharidy<\/span> jako nap\u0159. hroznov\u00fd cukr<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/pohyb\/lahev%20cola%20s%20cukrem.jpg\" alt=\"lahev cola s cukrem\" width=\"55\" height=\"112\" \/> (gluk\u00f3za) a ovocn\u00fd cukr (frukt\u00f3za). Cukr se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nejen jako sladidlo, ale tak\u00e9 jako konzerva\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinidlo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fenomen skryt\u00e9ho cukru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kdybyste dostali za \u00fakol vyjmenovat potraviny s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cukru, jist\u011b by se v\u00e1m vybavily zejm\u00e9na v\u0161elijak\u00e9 sladkosti, bonbony, su\u0161enky, oplatky, \u010dokol\u00e1dy, dorty, pek\u00e1rensk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jako buchty a kol\u00e1\u010de, mo\u017en\u00e1 byste pouk\u00e1zali i na sladk\u00e9 limon\u00e1dy typu coca-cola, fanta, zmrzliny, nanuky a dal\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z v\u00e1s se \u010dasto zdr\u00e1haj\u00ed osladit si \u010daj kostkou cukru (cca 4 g cukru), nebo\u0165 cukr, jak je zn\u00e1mo, dod\u00e1v\u00e1 organizmu pouze pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 kalorie. Na druhou stranu ale ti stejn\u00ed z v\u00e1s mohou b\u011b\u017en\u011b konzumovat potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukr\u016f, ani\u017e by to jen tu\u0161ili.\u00a0 Mimo v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch potravin bohat\u00fdch na cukr je toti\u017e pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru ukryto i v potravin\u00e1ch, do nich\u017e bychom to ne\u0159ekli, a proto ani tolik nehl\u00edd\u00e1me, kolik jich sn\u00edme. Hodn\u011b cukru se dokonce skr\u00fdv\u00e1 i v n\u011bkter\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 pova\u017eujeme vylo\u017een\u011b za zdrav\u00e9, nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0 v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00edch. Sladk\u00e1 chu\u0165 je velice atraktivn\u00ed zejm\u00e9na pro d\u011bti. Toho\u00a0 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 mnoho potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f a v\u00fdsledkem je \u0159ada doslova p\u0159eslazen\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch
