Podle v\u00fdrobc\u016f \u201eenerge\u0165\u00e1ky\u201c zvy\u0161uj\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost, rychlost reakce, podporuj\u00ed bd\u011blost, zlep\u0161uj\u00ed koncentraci, revitalizuj\u00ed t\u011blo a mysl, stimuluj\u00ed metabolizmus, urychluj\u00ed regeneraci t\u011bla a tak d\u00e1le a tak d\u00e1le.<\/p>\n<p>Na na\u0161em trhu se objevily tyto n\u00e1poje asi v polovin\u011b devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed a popt\u00e1vka po nich se neust\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje, p\u0159esto\u017ee cena za jedno balen\u00ed (plechovka cca 250 ml) je pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro koho byly p\u016fvodn\u011b ur\u010deny?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje byly p\u016fvodn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bny jako dopl\u0148kov\u00fd n\u00e1poj pro sportovce. Dnes se jich jen ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech prod\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159es 170 milion\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z\u00e1kazn\u00edky jsou zejm\u00e9na mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed je pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako \u017eivotabudi\u010de p\u0159i fyzick\u00e9 \u010di psychick\u00e9 \u00fanav\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 na zlep\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1lady, nejednou v&nbsp;kombinaci s&nbsp;alkoholem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kter\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed l\u00e1tky obsahuj\u00ed a jak\u00e9 jsou jejich \u00fa\u010dinky?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1drem energetick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f jsou l\u00e1tky s&nbsp;povzbuzuj\u00edc\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky, d\u00e1le vysok\u00fd obsah cukru, vitaminy a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<p>Povzbuzuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek energetick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f je dan\u00fd p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zna\u010dn\u00fdm obsahem kofeinu, k&nbsp;n\u011bmu se pro zes\u00edlen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinku p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed l\u00e1tky jako taurin, glukuronolakton, inositol, L-karnitin aj. Co o t\u011bchto <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips229'>stimulantech<\/span> v\u00edme?<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips296'>kofein<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips296'>kofein<\/span> je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnou slo\u017ekou energetick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. M\u00e1 povzbuzuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na n\u00e1\u0161 organizmus \u2013 podporuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou pozornost, p\u0159echodn\u011b udr\u017euje stav bd\u011blosti, zvy\u0161uje krevn\u00ed tlak a tepovou frekvenci, zrychluje metabolizmus.
