U n\u00e1s se pod pojmem ml\u00e9ko nej\u010dast\u011bji rozum\u00ed ml\u00e9ko kravsk\u00e9, ur\u010den\u00e9 k lidsk\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b&nbsp;(v\u00edce <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/49\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>). V men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e jsou konzumov\u00e1na ml\u00e9ka samic jin\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch druh\u016f, hlavn\u011b koz a ovc\u00ed, setkat se m\u016f\u017eete i s ml\u00e9kem kobyl\u00edm \u010di osl\u00edm, v\u00edce o nich se dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/117\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 nemohou nebo necht\u011bj\u00ed konzumovat neupraven\u00e1 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e1 ml\u00e9ka a sahaj\u00ed k ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1hrad\u00e1m. T\u011bmi jsou bu\u010f r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby speci\u00e1ln\u011b upraven\u00e9 kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, nebo n\u00e1hra\u017eky ml\u00e9ka rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvody pro konzumaci n\u00e1hrad ml\u00e9ka:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zdravotn\u00ed \u2013 t\u00fdkaj\u00ed se osob alergick\u00fdch na n\u011bkterou z b\u00edlkovin obsa\u017een\u00fdch v ml\u00e9ce nebo osob trp\u00edc\u00edch nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed (intoleranc\u00ed) ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>, v\u00edce o t\u011bchto chorob\u00e1ch se dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>zast\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed alternativn\u00edho zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159. vegani nekonzumuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 potraviny v\u010detn\u011b ml\u00e9ka, v\u00edce o alternativn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b se dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/28\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>senzorick\u00e9 d\u016fvody \u2013 n\u011bkomu ml\u00e9ko zkr\u00e1tka nechutn\u00e1;<\/li>\n<li>vliv zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch informac\u00ed od r\u00e1doby odborn\u00edk\u016f na zdravou stravu \u2013 m\u00fdty ohledn\u011b \u0161kodlivosti konzumace ml\u00e9ka a jeho nevhodnosti pro lidskou v\u00fd\u017eivu;<\/li>\n<li>zkou\u0161en\u00ed nov\u00fdch potravin, snaha o zpest\u0159en\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku;<\/li>\n<li>vliv nab\u00eddky trhu a reklamy \u2013 n\u011bkoho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed reklama vyzdvihuj\u00edc\u00ed pozitiva konzumace n\u00e1hra\u017eek ml\u00e9ka \u010di l\u00e1kav\u00fd obal;<\/li>\n<li>ekonomick\u00e9 d\u016fvody \u2013 u n\u00e1s je ml\u00e9ko v\u0161em cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e9, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch je v\u0161ak drah\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy n\u00e1hrad ml\u00e9ka:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Delakt\u00f3zovan\u00e9 kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, z n\u011bho\u017e byl odstran\u011bn ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd cukr lakt\u00f3za. Delakt\u00f3zovan\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je ur\u010deno pro osoby trp\u00edc\u00ed nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>. B\u00fdv\u00e1 ozna\u010dov\u00e1no jako \u201elactose-free\u201c \u010di \u201elow lactose\u201c. Je prodejn\u00e9 v su\u0161en\u00e9m stavu (nap\u0159. prepar\u00e1t Nestl\u00e9 AL110 a Nutrilon low lactose) nebo jako ml\u00e9ko obnoven\u00e9 rovnou k pou\u017eit\u00ed v tekut\u00e9m stavu (nap\u0159. v\u00fdrobky zna\u010dky MinusL). Na trhu je ji\u017e i \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch delakt\u00f3zovan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f: bezlakt\u00f3zov\u00e9 m\u00e1slo, jogurty, podm\u00e1sl\u00ed, \u0161leha\u010dka, smetana do k\u00e1vy, s\u00fdry, tvaroh, pudinky a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prepar\u00e1ty s obsahem tzv. hydrolyzovan\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jsou ur\u010deny pro novorozence, kojence i v\u0161echny dal\u0161\u00ed osoby alergick\u00e9 na b\u00edlkoviny v kravsk\u00e9m ml\u00e9ce. Vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed se bu\u010f \u00fapravou kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, \u010di z neml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch surovin. B\u00edlkoviny jsou zde roz\u0161t\u011bpeny na peptidy (nap\u0159. prepar\u00e1ty Nutrilon allergy care, Alfar\u00e9, Althera), nebo dokonce a\u017e na jednotliv\u00e9 aminokyseliny (prepar\u00e1ty Neocate a Neocate Advance). Prepar\u00e1ty s hydrolyzovanou b\u00edlkovinou maj\u00ed typicky naho\u0159klou chu\u0165, co\u017e je d\u00e1no p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed peptid\u016f a <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips169'>aminokyselin<\/span>, proto nejsou pro v\u0161echny konzumenty chu\u0165ov\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rostlinn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rostlinn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka jsou z v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho hlediska m\u00e9n\u011b hodnotn\u00e9 ne\u017e \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e1 ml\u00e9ka. Ml\u00e9ko jimi zcela nahradit nelze, zejm\u00e9na pokud se jedn\u00e1 o v\u00fd\u017eivu d\u011bt\u00ed. Rostlinn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady sice mohou&nbsp; obsahovat srovnateln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin jako ml\u00e9ko, ale jejich kvalita je rozd\u00edln\u00e1. Rostlinn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny pat\u0159\u00ed mezi neplnohodnotn\u00e9, nebo\u0165 neobsahuj\u00ed v\u0161echny z\u00e1kladn\u00ed aminokyseliny nezbytn\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vn\u00fd r\u016fst a v\u00fdvoj. N\u011bkter\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka obsahuj\u00ed nav\u00edc nestraviteln\u00e9 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips235'>sacharidy<\/span>, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jejich v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee neobsahuj\u00ed ani lakt\u00f3zu ani ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny, a proto jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro osoby alergick\u00e9 na ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny a pro osoby trp\u00edc\u00ed nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>. Maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed tuk\u016f ne\u017e ml\u00e9ko, obsahuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips19'>nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin<\/span>, m\u00e9n\u011b nezdrav\u00fdch nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips188'>Cholesterol<\/span>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na \u0161kodu je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed obsah v\u00e1pn\u00edku, kter\u00fd je nav\u00edc v organizmu \u0161patn\u011b vyu\u017eiteln\u00fd, a stejn\u011b tak i obsah jin\u00fdch miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek, jako je fosfor \u010di zinek (pokud nejsou obohacen\u00e9). Jsou k dost\u00e1n\u00ed bu\u010f v su\u0161en\u00e9m stavu, \u010di jako hotov\u00fd n\u00e1poj.<\/p>\n<p>V n\u00e1zvu rostlinn\u00fdch n\u00e1hrad ml\u00e9ka se nesm\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u011bt pojem \u201eml\u00e9ko\u201c, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad \u201en\u00e1poj\u201c, nebo\u0165 rostlinn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka neodpov\u00eddaj\u00ed definici ml\u00e9ka, jak jsme si ji uvedli v\u00fd\u0161e, a jednalo by se tud\u00ed\u017e o klamav\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed (vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Rady (EHS) \u010d. 1898\/87 a vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky Ministerstva zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010d. 329\/1997 Sb., ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mezi nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady ml\u00e9ka pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>S\u00f3jov\u00fd n\u00e1poj<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 jedn\u00e1 se o vodn\u00fd v\u00fdluh ze s\u00f3jov\u00fdch bob\u016f. S\u00f3jov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny jsou&nbsp; hodnotn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny, p\u0159esto nejsou kvalitou zcela srovnateln\u00e9 s ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdmi b\u00edlkovinami. S\u00f3jov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny jsou nav\u00edc siln\u011b alergenn\u00ed, proto s\u00f3jov\u00e9 n\u00e1hra\u017eky nejsou vhodn\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny osoby alergick\u00e9 na b\u00edlkoviny \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch ml\u00e9k, nebo\u0165 s\u00f3ja jim m\u016f\u017ee vadit podobn\u011b jako ml\u00e9ko. V\u00edce o \u201es\u00f3jov\u00e9m ml\u00e9ce\u201c, jeho slo\u017een\u00ed a vlastnostech se dozv\u00edte <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/108\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>R\u00fd\u017eov\u00fd n\u00e1poj<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 pova\u0159en\u00edm r\u00fd\u017ee s vodou a obohacen\u00edm z\u00edskan\u00e9 tekutiny o slune\u010dnicov\u00fd olej a s\u016fl. R\u00fd\u017ee je velice m\u00e1lo alergenn\u00ed, proto se jedn\u00e1 o mo\u017enou, by\u0165 po v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce rozhodn\u011b ne plnohodnotnou, n\u00e1hra\u017eku pro osoby alergick\u00e9 na ml\u00e9\u010dnou b\u00edlkovinu.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatn\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 n\u00e1hra\u017eky ml\u00e9ka: nap\u0159\u00edklad su\u0161en\u00fd kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd, pohankov\u00fd a ovesn\u00fd n\u00e1poj, v rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch maj\u00ed v\u00fdznam nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1hra\u017eky z podzemnice olejn\u00e9, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips305'>vigny<\/span>, sladk\u00fdch brambor, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips298'>kasavy<\/span> a kokosu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1hra\u017eky ml\u00e9ka do k\u00e1vy a \u010daje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny ze s\u00f3ji, prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed se zejm\u00e9na v su\u0161en\u00e9m stavu. Jejich obliba za posledn\u00ed roky stoup\u00e1, pozitivn\u00ed vlastnosti b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou zveli\u010dov\u00e1ny reklamou. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se su\u0161en\u00fdm polotu\u010dn\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem m\u00edvaj\u00ed tyto n\u00e1hra\u017eky do k\u00e1vy a \u010daje podobn\u00fd obsah energie (kolem 2000 kJ\/100 g), podstatn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b b\u00edlkovin, ale zato vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips235'>sacharid\u016f<\/span> a tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 nav\u00edc b\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ztu\u017een\u00e9. Vzhledem ke konzumovan\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed nemaj\u00ed ve vztahu ke zdrav\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span><em><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00e1 literatura:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em>Dost\u00e1lov\u00e1, J., N\u00e1hra\u017eky kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka.
