{"id":650,"date":"2010-10-06T21:15:24","date_gmt":"2010-10-06T19:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/2010\/10\/06\/156\/"},"modified":"2024-11-07T13:57:14","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T12:57:14","slug":"156","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/156\/","title":{"rendered":"V\u00fd\u017eiva v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003399\">Jak by se m\u011bly stravovat maminky v dob\u011b t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a jak\u00e1 jsou rizika nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy v tomto obdob\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/doporuceni\/vyziva%20v%20tehotenstvi.jpg\" alt=\"vyziva v tehotenstvi\" width=\"55\" height=\"126\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj plodu.\u00a0 Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 pouze o v\u00fd\u017eivu v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, zna\u010dn\u00fd\u00a0 preventivn\u00ed v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva u\u017e p\u0159ed ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00edm. V\u00fdhodou pro budouc\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je nap\u0159. p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost, dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem kyseliny listov\u00e9 a n\u011bkter\u00fdch miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek (v\u00e1pn\u00edku, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips312'>j\u00f3du<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edjem energie v prvn\u00ed t\u0159etin\u011b t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 navy\u0161ovat, pozd\u011bji se denn\u00ed pot\u0159eba zvy\u0161uje cca o 200 kcal. Toto nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed je dostate\u010dn\u00e9, rozhodn\u011b nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminka nemus\u00ed j\u00edst za dva. V praxi je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm ukazatelem stavu v\u00fd\u017eivy v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed v\u00e1hov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek. Za prvn\u00ed t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed by m\u011bla \u017eena p\u0159ibrat na v\u00e1ze cca 1,5 kg a v dal\u0161\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159ib\u00edrat nejv\u00fd\u0161e 400 g t\u00fddn\u011b tak, aby p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek hmotnosti za cel\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed \u010dinil 8 \u2013 12 kg.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b m\u00e1 miminko ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed porodn\u00ed v\u00e1hu. Dnes je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee tyto d\u011bti jsou v dosp\u011blosti v\u00edce ohro\u017eeny n\u011bkter\u00fdmi metabolick\u00fdmi poruchami, nap\u0159. zv\u00fd\u0161enou krevn\u00ed hladinou <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips188'>cholesterolu<\/span>, gluk\u00f3zy a inzulinu, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, rozvojem obezity a cukrovky. Mluv\u00ed se o tzv. programov\u00e1n\u00ed chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u201ein utero\u201c, tedy b\u011bhem nitrod\u011blo\u017en\u00edho v\u00fdvoje plodu. Naopak p\u0159i nadm\u011brn\u00e9m v\u00e1hov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstku hroz\u00ed rozvoj t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 cukrovky, miminko je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a hroz\u00ed proto komplikace p\u0159i porodu.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o p\u0159\u00edjem jednotliv\u00fdch \u017eivin, je nutn\u00e9 upozornit na m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161enou pot\u0159ebu kvalitn\u00edch b\u00edlkovin (p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 strav\u011b se nejedn\u00e1 o probl\u00e9m) a nutnost zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu polyenov\u00fdch (v\u00edcenenasycen\u00fdch) mastn\u00fdch kyselin, nezbytn\u00fdch pro spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj mozku a vid\u011bn\u00ed. Pro prevenci an\u00e9mie u matky a vrozen\u00fdch v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch vad centr\u00e1ln\u00edho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu u d\u00edt\u011bte je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 kyselina listov\u00e1. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je zajistit dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem (cca 400 \u2013 600 mikrogram\u016f denn\u011b) u\u017e n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159ed ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00edm a d\u00e1le v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Kyselina listov\u00e1 je obsa\u017eena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v zelenin\u011b, lu\u0161t\u011bnin\u00e1ch a celozrnn\u00fdch obilovin\u00e1ch, mo\u017en\u00e9 je jej\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v tablet\u00e1ch (<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips104'>dopl\u0148c\u00edch stravy<\/span>). Z miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek a stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f je nutn\u00fd dostatek v\u00e1pn\u00edku a ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku (jako prevence odv\u00e1p\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kost\u00ed, zubn\u00edho kazu, k\u0159e\u010d\u00ed, hypertenze, depresivn\u00edch n\u00e1lad u matky), \u017eeleza (p\u0159i jeho nedostatku se u matky rozv\u00edj\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips156'>chudokrevnost<\/span>) a <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips312'>j\u00f3du<\/span> (d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu).\u00a0 Kv\u016fli prevenci z\u00e1cpy je vhodn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edjem <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips219'>vl\u00e1kniny<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu mus\u00edme varovat p\u0159ed nadm\u011brn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem vitaminu A. Jeho nadbytek m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k vrozen\u00fdm vad\u00e1m u d\u00edt\u011bte. Z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 stravy riziko p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed zpravidla nehroz\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed je z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vylou\u010dit j\u00e1tra a v\u00fdrobky z jater (obsahuj\u00ed vitaminu A pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b) a hlavn\u011b zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed z tablet (vitaminov\u00fdch prepar\u00e1t\u016f).<\/p>\n<p>Strava t\u011bhotn\u00fdch by m\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pestr\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1, \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 extr\u00e9my (nap\u0159. striktn\u00ed veganstv\u00ed). V souladu s obecn\u011b platn\u00fdmi z\u00e1sadami spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy je vhodn\u00e9 omezit konzumaci tu\u010dn\u00fdch j\u00eddel, kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 soli, cukru a sladkost\u00ed, eventueln\u011b j\u00eddel zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edch <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips139'>p\u00e1len\u00ed \u017e\u00e1hy<\/span>. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ke konci t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je zpravidla nutn\u00e9 se vyh\u00fdbat potravin\u00e1m zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edm nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je t\u0159eba rovn\u011b\u017e db\u00e1t na pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, vhodn\u00e9 v\u0161ak nejsou sladk\u00e9 limon\u00e1dy, n\u00e1poje sycen\u00e9 kysli\u010dn\u00edkem uhli\u010dit\u00fdm, kolov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje ani n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed chinin (nap\u0159. tonic). Na m\u00edst\u011b je t\u00e9\u017e omezen\u00ed konzumace k\u00e1vy (1 a\u017e 2 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0161\u00e1lky denn\u011b v\u0161ak lze tolerovat). Nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminky by v\u016fbec nem\u011bly p\u00edt <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips283'>alkohol<\/span>, kou\u0159it ani po\u017e\u00edvat drogy.<\/p>\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba upozornit na rizika n\u011bkter\u00fdch aliment\u00e1rn\u00edch n\u00e1kaz (n\u00e1kaz z potravy) v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminky se mus\u00ed chr\u00e1nit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159ed listeri\u00f3zou a toxoplasm\u00f3zou. <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips196'>listeri\u00f3zu<\/span> zp\u016fsobuje bakterie Listeria monocytogenes, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee vyskytnout ve v\u00fdrobc\u00edch z nepasterovan\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka a n\u011bkter\u00fdch masn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch (prejtech, pa\u0161tik\u00e1ch, pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00fdch s\u00fdrech). V t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed tato n\u00e1kaza m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k potratu nebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9mu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed miminka.
