Srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkt je jednou z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch komplikac\u00ed ateroskler\u00f3zy. V\u010dasnou ochranou (prevenc\u00ed) m\u016f\u017eeme v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko, \u017ee infarkt nebo mrtvi\u010dka postihnou pr\u00e1v\u011b n\u00e1s. Jak se tedy m\u016f\u017eeme proti ateroskler\u00f3ze v\u010das a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b br\u00e1nit?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rizikov\u00e9 faktory ateroskler\u00f3zy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jsou faktory, kter\u00e9 nem\u016f\u017eeme nijak ovlivnit, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad vrozen\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady (geny). Tak\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u011bk a mu\u017esk\u00e9 pohlav\u00ed zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko vzniku. U mu\u017e\u016f je v\u00fdskyt ateroskler\u00f3zy a \u00famrt\u00ed na ni podstatn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u017een a\u017e do obdob\u00ed menopauzy, v kter\u00e9m se riziko \u00famrt\u00ed u mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1. Velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je rodinn\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kdy v\u00fdskyt onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo \u00famrt\u00ed na srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed u rodi\u010d\u016f a prarodi\u010d\u016f mlad\u0161\u00edch 55 (mu\u017ei) \u010di 65 let (\u017eeny) v\u00fdznamn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko.<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme vznik a rozvoj ateroskler\u00f3zy vhodn\u00fdm z\u00e1sahem sami ovlivnit, a to zejm\u00e9na zm\u011bnou stravovac\u00edch zvyklost\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pohybov\u00e9 aktivity.
