Vynechat tuky \u00fapln\u011b, je ale nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9, proto\u017ee tuky maj\u00ed pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam \u2013 jsou zdrojem nezbytn\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vitamin\u016f A, E, D, K a podobn\u011b. N\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 diety nedok\u00e1\u017eou poskytnout t\u011blu v\u0161echny nezbytn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, v\u011bt\u0161inou postr\u00e1daj\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips105'>dostatek b\u00edlkovin<\/span>, vitamin\u016f i miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Velmi \u010dasto se podle pov\u011bsti my\u0161 nebo krysa najde v l\u00e1hvi od nealkolick\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje. P\u0159i reklamaci se \u010dasto znechucen\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk dozv\u00ed, \u017ee je to b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bc a na obsah \u0161v\u00e1b\u016f \u010di krys\u00edho masa v potravin\u011b jsou dokonce stanovan\u00e9 limity! P\u0159i soudn\u00edm sporu s v\u00fdrobcem pak podle pov\u011bsti \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed n\u00e1lezci \u010dasto vysoud\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 od\u0161kodn\u00e9 (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v USA). Zd\u00e1n\u00ed pravdivosti dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed takov\u00fdm histork\u00e1m i m\u00e9dia, kter\u00e1 \u010das od \u010dasu vezmou t\u00e9matem d\u011bsiv\u00e9ho obsahu potravin zavd\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p>Pov\u011bry o nechutn\u00e9m obsahu potravin vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z podv\u011bdom\u00e9ho strachu z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho, z anonymity potravin, kter\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b j\u00edme. V\u00fdrobce zn\u00e1me jen z etikety, potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 provozy jsou obrovsk\u00e9 a chrl\u00ed denn\u011b velk\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f \u2013 to m\u016f\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch konzumentech vzbudit pocit, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 skute\u010dn\u011b si ohl\u00eddat, kdo a co do potravin p\u0159idal. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se velmi v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho st\u00e1t, proto\u017ee zde, jako i v jin\u00fdch&nbsp; \u010dinnostech, hraje roli lidsk\u00fd faktor. Ur\u010dit\u011b to ale nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 praxe, kter\u00e9 bychom se m\u011bli b\u00e1t. Potraviny, kter\u00e9 se v \u010cR (stejn\u011b tak i v cel\u00e9 EU) vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed, proch\u00e1zej\u00ed cel\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem kontrol, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed jejich bezpe\u010dnost a zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost. Potraviny jsou kontrolov\u00e1ny mnohokr\u00e1t b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho procesu v\u00fdroby \u2013 kontroluje se kvalita i zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost jednotliv\u00fdch vstupn\u00edch surovin i v\u00fdchoz\u00ed potraviny,&nbsp; dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hygienick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek v\u00fdroby, dodr\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ech z\u00e1sad p\u0159i balen\u00ed, ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159eprav\u011b, skladov\u00e1n\u00ed i prodeji potravin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>3.&nbsp;Pijte p\u0159i j\u00eddle teplou vodu, nedostanete infarkt!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed roztomile naivn\u00ed f\u00e1ma \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed e-mailu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee nic z toho nen\u00ed pravda. Teplota tuku v potravin\u011b, ani teplota vypit\u00fdch tekutin nejsou rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed.
