N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch a\u017e radioaktivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f mikrovlnn\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na potraviny a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed. Jsou mikrovlny radioaktivn\u00ed? Co se d\u011bje mikrovlnce po jej\u00edm zapnut\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co jsou mikrovlny?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikrovlny jsou radiov\u00e9 vlny s vysokou frekvenc\u00ed (300 MHz a\u017e 300 GHz) a stejn\u011b jako nap\u0159\u00edklad sv\u011btlo tvo\u0159\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st elektromagnetick\u00e9ho spektra. Mikrovlny, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v mikrovlnk\u00e1ch pro p\u0159\u00edpravu j\u00eddel, maj\u00ed frekvenci 2,45 GHz. Ostatn\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00e9 frekvence se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro radiov\u00e9 a televizn\u00ed vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed, pro vzdu\u0161nou a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed navigaci, pro telekomunikaci (v\u010detn\u011b mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f), v pr\u016fmyslu (nap\u0159\u00edklad zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f) \u010di v l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b jako sv\u011btlo se mikrovlny \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed prostorem, odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed se od ur\u010dit\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f a jsou pohlcov\u00e1ny n\u011bkter\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly. Kovov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly mikrovlny \u00fapln\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed, nekovov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly (nap\u0159\u00edklad sklo a n\u011bkter\u00e9 plasty) jsou pro mikrovlny v\u011bt\u0161inou prostupn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak mikrovlnn\u00e1 trouba funguje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikrovlnka je za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po zapnut\u00ed vys\u00edl\u00e1 mikrovlny (mikrovlny vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tzv. magnetron), a to do v\u0161ech stran a sm\u011br\u016f. V troub\u011b se mikrovlny odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed od kovov\u00fdch st\u011bn a potraviny, kter\u00e9 jsou v n\u00ed vlo\u017een\u00e9, tuto energii absorbuj\u00ed, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oh\u0159evu potraviny.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Jak se potraviny v&nbsp;mikrovlnce oh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny materi\u00e1ly obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed vodu (nap\u0159\u00edklad potraviny, tk\u00e1n\u011b \u010di r\u016fzn\u00e9 kapaliny) maj\u00ed schopnost pohlcovat energii mikrovln. Mikrovlnn\u00e1 energie rozkmit\u00e1v\u00e1 molekuly vody, vznik\u00e1 t\u0159en\u00ed a doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oh\u0159evu. V mikrovlnce se pak potravina oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1, va\u0159\u00ed \u010di pe\u010de. Rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je podporov\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee vlo\u017een\u00e9 potraviny jsou na tal\u00ed\u0159i, kter\u00fd se ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jsou mikrovlny a mikrovlnky bezpe\u010dn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obavy z oh\u0159evu potravin a pokrm\u016f v mikrovlnn\u00e9 troub\u011b jsou dvoj\u00ed: jednak je to obava z p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed mikrovlnami (tedy riziko spojen\u00e9 s \u00fanikem mikrovln z trouby), jednak je to strach, zda potraviny oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 mikrovlnami nemohou po\u0161kodit na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Obava z po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed mikrovlnami <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee s mikrovlnami je spojeno radioaktivn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Ov\u0161em mikrovlnn\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed mezi neionizuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, a jak bylo ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u0161kodliv\u00fd ioniza\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek elektromagnetick\u00e9 radiace za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 a\u017e v oblasti UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 zhruba milionkr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed frekvenci ne\u017e mikrovlnn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Rizika vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z mikrovlnn\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed jsou spojena t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b s produkc\u00ed tepla.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mikrovlny jsou v\u0161ak v mikrovlnn\u00e9 troub\u011b uzav\u0159eny d\u00edky speci\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukci. Mikrovlnka za\u010dne pracovat a\u017e v okam\u017eiku, kdy jsou dv\u00ed\u0159ka zav\u0159en\u00e1. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vln m\u016f\u017ee sice unikat sp\u00e1rami u dv\u00ed\u0159ek \u010di sklem, toto mno\u017estv\u00ed ale nesm\u00ed nep\u0159evy\u0161ovat zdrav\u00ed bezpe\u010dnou hodnotu danou mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi standarty. Aby bylo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, mus\u00edme je pou\u017e\u00edvat v souladu s pokyny v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<p>Po vypnut\u00ed nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v mikrovlnce ani v oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9m j\u00eddle \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 mikrovlnn\u00e1 energie, z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed \u010di dokonce radioaktivita, jak se n\u011bkter\u00e9 osoby myln\u011b domn\u00edvaj\u00ed. Je to jako se sv\u011btlem a \u017e\u00e1rovkou &#8211;&nbsp; kdy\u017e \u017e\u00e1rovka zhasne, sv\u011btlo zmiz\u00ed a je tma.<\/p>\n<p>Riziko vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho \u00faniku mikrovln hroz\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je trouba po\u0161kozen\u00e1, neodborn\u011b opravovan\u00e1 \u010di jsou-li jej\u00ed dv\u00ed\u0159ka hodn\u011b \u0161pinav\u00e1. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pravideln\u011b kontrolovat, zda dv\u00ed\u0159ka trouby dob\u0159e p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00ed a zda \u010d\u00e1sti, ke kter\u00fdm p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00ed, jsou \u010dist\u00e9. B\u011bhem \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bjte troubu vypnutou ze z\u00e1suvky! Je-li mikrovlnka v provozu, je doporu\u010deno nest\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Obava z po\u0161kozen\u00ed potravin mikrovlnami<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cas od \u010dasu se na internetu \u010di v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010dasopisech vyno\u0159\u00ed alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy o \u00fadajn\u00fdch zhoubn\u00fdch vlivech mikrovlnn\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na potraviny a n\u00e1sledn\u011b na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. N\u011bkdy jde o naivn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy, \u017ee potraviny se po oh\u0159evu mikrovlnami st\u00e1vaj\u00ed radioaktivn\u00edmi, jindy o tvrzen\u00ed odvol\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed se na v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie, kter\u00e9 varuj\u00ed p\u0159ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi specifick\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami, ke kter\u00fdm v potravin\u011b b\u011bhem mikrovlnn\u00e9ho oh\u0159evu doch\u00e1z\u00ed. Av\u0161ak jin\u00e9 ne\u017e tepeln\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky mikrovln na potraviny zat\u00edm nebyly v\u011bdecky prok\u00e1zan\u00e9, i kdy\u017e se o to ji\u017e mnoho studi\u00ed pokou\u0161elo. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159i velmi siln\u00e9m oh\u0159evu mohou v potravin\u00e1ch vznikat l\u00e1tky zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9, \u010deho\u017e se m\u016f\u017eeme vyvarovat \u0161etrn\u00fdm oh\u0159evem. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b mikrovlnn\u00fd oh\u0159ev, jak se zd\u00e1, je k cenn\u00fdm slo\u017ek\u00e1m potravin daleko \u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9 typy oh\u0159evu. <br \/>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b opodstatn\u011bn\u00e1 by byla sp\u00ed\u0161e obava z hygienick\u00e9ho rizika, proto\u017ee oh\u0159ev potravin mikrovlnami je \u010dasto nerovnom\u011brn\u00fd, zejm\u00e9na u potravin, kter\u00e9 jsou slo\u017eeny ze surovin, kter\u00e9 se nestejn\u011b rychle oh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u00e1rky &#8211; st\u0159\u00edvko a vnit\u0159n\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148 \u010di hotov\u00e1 j\u00eddla slo\u017een\u00e1 z r\u016fzn\u00fdch potravin). V potravin\u00e1ch mohou p\u0159i oh\u0159evu vznikat chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsta, ve kter\u00fdch nedo\u0161lo k likvidaci nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch mikrob\u016f a p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed proto riziko pro vznik onemocn\u011bn\u00ed z potravy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projekt EMF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projekt EMF vytvo\u0159ila <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips14'>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace<\/span> (SZO) s c\u00edlem posuzovat a vyhodnocovat rizika vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z expozice elektromagnetick\u00fdm pol\u00edm o frekvenc\u00edch 0 &#8211; 300 GHz, kam spadaj\u00ed i mikrovlny.
