A pro\u010d je o n\u011b takov\u00fd z\u00e1jem?\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/zajimavosti\/doplnky%20stravy.jpg\" alt=\"doplnky stravy\" width=\"47\" height=\"59\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dopl\u0148ky stravy jsou p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed za \u00fakol doplnit na\u0161i stravu o zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 v n\u00ed jsou nedostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupeny. Narozd\u00edl od l\u00e9k\u016f <strong>dopl\u0148ky stravy nejsou ur\u010deny k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, posuzuje se pouze jejich zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost<\/strong>, tzn. nesm\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9, nen\u00ed v\u0161ak hodnocen jejich \u00fa\u010dinek na zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrobci dopl\u0148k\u016f se proto \u010dasto odkazuj\u00ed na studie prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 s l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpravky obsahuj\u00edc\u00edmi stejnou l\u00e1tku, proto\u017ee l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky p\u0159ed uveden\u00edm na trh povinn\u011b proch\u00e1zej\u00ed registra\u010dn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, kde je na z\u00e1klad\u011b klinick\u00fdch studi\u00ed hodnocena i jejich \u00fa\u010dinnost.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dopl\u0148ky stravy maj\u00ed oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm potravin\u00e1m vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (vitamin\u016f, miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek apod.). Sv\u00fdmi vlastnostmi a formou, ve kter\u00e9 je konzumujeme, <strong>se dopl\u0148ky stravy v\u00edce bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016fm ne\u017e potravin\u00e1m<\/strong>. N\u011bkdy lze dokonce t\u011b\u017eko rozli\u0161it, zda si kupujeme dopln\u011bk stravy, nebo l\u00e9k, proto\u017ee stejnou \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tku v obdobn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eeme koupit jako dopln\u011bk, nebo jako l\u00e9k. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o r\u016fzn\u00e9 kloubn\u00ed prepar\u00e1ty, kter\u00e9 jsou voln\u011b prodejn\u00e9 i jako l\u00e9\u010diva. Podobn\u011b jako l\u00e9ky jsou dostupn\u00e9 ve form\u011b tablet, kapsl\u00ed, pr\u00e1\u0161ku \u010di tekutiny a u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se v mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch podle n\u00e1vodu v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kter\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky stravy jsou u n\u00e1s nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dopl\u0148ky stravy lze d\u011blit podle r\u016fzn\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad podle jejich deklarovan\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku na zdrav\u00ed, podle formy, p\u016fvodu, chemick\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed apod. Z pr\u016fzkumu proveden\u00e9ho pro V\u011bdeck\u00fd v\u00fdbor pro potraviny vyplynulo, \u017ee <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bji si u n\u00e1s lid\u00e9 kupuj\u00ed dopl\u0148ky stravy ur\u010den\u00e9 pro pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t<\/strong> (u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se p\u0159i bolestech kloub\u016f, zad \u010di artr\u00f3ze). D\u00e1le jsou to p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 t\u011blu dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii, vitaminy a miner\u00e1ly, p\u0159\u00edpravky ur\u010den\u00e9 k prevenci ch\u0159ipky a nachlazen\u00ed, proti nadv\u00e1ze, na vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, nemoci srdce a c\u00e9v, probl\u00e9my s vlasy a nehty a mnoh\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed indikace.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepar\u00e1ty s vitaminy a miner\u00e1ln\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tyto prepar\u00e1ty jsou jedny z nejvyhled\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy. Jen ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech americk\u00fdch se za n\u011b v roce 2006 utratilo v\u00edce ne\u017e 3,6 miliard dolar\u016f, v N\u011bmecku 1,2 miliard euro. Ve vysp\u011bl\u00fdch zem\u00edch je u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a\u017e polovina obyvatelstva, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed aktivn\u011b p\u0159istupuj\u00ed ke sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed a sportovci.<\/p>\n<p>Obsahuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 vitaminy a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky (laicky jsou sice naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 multivitaminy, ale velmi \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky), nej\u010dast\u011bji jsou to vitaminy B6, B12, C, D, kyselina listov\u00e1 a <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips192'>karotenoidy<\/span>, z miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u00e1pn\u00edk, selen, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk a \u017eelezo. \u010casto jde o l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips43'>antioxida\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d je o multivitaminy takov\u00fd z\u00e1jem?<\/strong> V \u0159ad\u011b zem\u00ed byly provedeny epidemiologick\u00e9 studie, ze kter\u00fdch vyplynulo, \u017ee mnoho obyvatel trp\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdm m\u00edrn\u00fdm nedostatkem n\u011bkter\u00fdch vitamin\u016f a prvk\u016f (t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to vitaminu B1, B2, A, D, kyseliny listov\u00e9, zinku, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, v\u00e1pn\u00edku a \u017eeleza) a je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee takov\u00fdto m\u00edrn\u00fd nicm\u00e9n\u011b dlouhodob\u00fd nedostatek sice nevede ke vzniku z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017ee zap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinit zhor\u0161en\u00ed imunity, pam\u011bti, soust\u0159ed\u011bnosti, chuti k j\u00eddlu a celkov\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed a t\u011blesn\u00e9 pohody.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b je odborn\u00edky pova\u017eov\u00e1no u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed multivitaminov\u00fdch prepar\u00e1t\u016f za zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee pestr\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava s dostatkem ovoce, zeleniny, lu\u0161t\u011bnin atd. pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1roky na\u0161eho organismu na tyto \u017eiviny. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b <strong>existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 situace, ve kter\u00fdch je u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto prepar\u00e1t\u016f opodstatn\u011bn\u00e9<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>stavy po velk\u00e9m fyzick\u00e9m, psychick\u00e9m a emo\u010dn\u00edm vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad vrcholov\u00ed sportovci; osoby pracuj\u00edc\u00ed ve zdrav\u00ed rizikov\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>osoby nadm\u011brn\u011b vystaven\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdm zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdm chemick\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m \u010di <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips162'>xenobiotik\u016fm<\/span> (nap\u0159\u00edklad osoby u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed pravideln\u011b ur\u010dit\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, ale tak\u00e9 ku\u0159\u00e1ci, alkoholici, narkomani apod.)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>stavy po t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u00farazech, z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch a infek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>star\u0161\u00ed osoby (\u010dasto maj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem stravy, poruchy tr\u00e1ven\u00ed apod.)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>dlouhodob\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed diet se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm obsahem energie (\u010dasto spojen\u00e9 se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy na trh <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dopl\u0148ky stravy, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed obecn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (zejm\u00e9na se jedn\u00e1 o vitaminy a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky), lze uv\u00e9st na trh bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho odborn\u00e9ho posouzen\u00ed. Odborn\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee dopl\u0148ky obsahuj\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 v\u00fdta\u017eky, jejich\u017e p\u016fsoben\u00ed na zdrav\u00ed nen\u00ed zcela jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 a existuje zde riziko ohro\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed konzumenta (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i nevhodn\u00e9m d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed). Posudek vypracov\u00e1v\u00e1 St\u00e1tn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastav ve spolupr\u00e1ci se St\u00e1tn\u00edm \u00fastavem pro kontrolu l\u00e9\u010div na z\u00e1klad\u011b dokumentace p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 \u017eadatelem.<br \/>U p\u0159\u00edpravku se v\u017edy prov\u011b\u0159uje jeho zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost (ne \u00fa\u010dinnost, jako je tomu u l\u00e9k\u016f). Nejprve se zji\u0161\u0165uje, zda p\u0159\u00edpravek neobsahuje l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 mohou obsahovat pouze l\u00e9\u010diva. D\u00e1le se posuzuje, jestli v n\u011bm nejsou p\u0159\u00edtomny l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 \u0159ad\u00edme mezi <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips73'>potraviny nov\u00e9ho typu<\/span>. V kone\u010dn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pou\u017eit\u00ed dopl\u0148ku omezeno pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 skupiny osob (t\u011bhotn\u00e9 a koj\u00edc\u00ed, d\u011bti apod.). St\u00e1tn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastav vyd\u00e1 pot\u00e9 certifik\u00e1t o zdravotn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti p\u0159\u00edpravku.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161em schv\u00e1len\u00fdm dopl\u0148k\u016fm je ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed p\u0159id\u011bleno registra\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, kter\u00e9 sice nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt uvedeno na obalu p\u0159\u00edpravku, ale je mo\u017enost je vyhledat na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch koordina\u010dn\u00edho st\u0159ediska pro resortn\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit se, zda p\u0159\u00edpravek, kter\u00fd jsme zakoupili je schv\u00e1len\u00fd ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed \u010di ne. Do datab\u00e1ze schv\u00e1len\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy m\u016f\u017eete nahl\u00e9dnout <a href=\"https:\/\/snzr.ksrzis.cz\/snzr\/rrh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mohou b\u00fdt dopl\u0148ky stravy zdrav\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eiviny konzumovan\u00e9 v nadm\u011brn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 (jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed se <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/87\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vitaminy<\/a> A a D, ale tak\u00e9 selenem \u010di fluorem), nebo jen nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky mohou nastat nap\u0159\u00edklad u megad\u00e1vek vitaminu C (nad 1000 mg pr\u016fjmy, \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed nevolnosti, ledvinn\u00e9 kameny), vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vek beta karotenu (nad 50 mg ze\u017eloutnut\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee), niacinu (nad 250 mg vyr\u00e1\u017eky) \u010di vitaminu E (krv\u00e1cen\u00ed z nosu).<\/p>\n<p>Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti potravn\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f byly stanoveny horn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u017eivin. Na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sukl.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">St\u00e1tn\u00edho \u00fastavu pro kontrolu l\u00e9\u010div <\/a>jsou uvedeny maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky \u017eivin akceptovateln\u00fdch pro dopl\u0148ky stravy. V\u0161eobecn\u011b je doporu\u010dov\u00e1no, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed obsah \u017eiviny v jedn\u00e9 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vce nep\u0159ekro\u010dil polovinu doporu\u010den\u00e9 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky. Je to z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee \u017eiviny p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me nejen v podob\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, ale zejm\u00e9na v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 strav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Kontrolu bezpe\u010dnosti potravn\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f prov\u00e1d\u00ed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.szpi.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce<\/a>, kter\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok prov\u011b\u0159uje n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich prod\u00e1van\u00e9 na na\u0161em trhu. Nejv\u00edce zakazuje ty, kter\u00e9 jsou \u0161patn\u011b zna\u010deny \u010di maj\u00ed na obale uvedeno, \u017ee jejich pravideln\u00e1 konzumace n\u00e1s ochr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi chorobami nebo m\u00e1 dokonce l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky (dopl\u0148ky stravy nejsou l\u00e9ky, proto na nich takov\u00e1 tvrzen\u00ed b\u00fdt nesm\u00ed). U n\u011bkter\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f prov\u00e1d\u00ed inspekce laboratorn\u00ed testy, aby prov\u011b\u0159ila, zda neobsahuj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky \u010di zda skute\u010dn\u011b obsahuj\u00ed to, co je na obalu deklarov\u00e1no a v odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na n\u00e1\u0161 trh p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b nov\u00e9 a nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, u kter\u00fdch nejsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o jejich \u00fa\u010dinku. Proto doporu\u010dujeme u\u017e\u00edvat pouze takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 jsou schv\u00e1len\u00e9 ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed a jejich\u017e \u00fa\u010dinnost a bezpe\u010dnost se op\u00edr\u00e1 o seri\u00f3zn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie.<\/p>\n<p>Na n\u00e1\u0161 trh p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b nov\u00e9 a nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, u kter\u00fdch nejsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o jejich \u00fa\u010dinku. Proto doporu\u010dujeme u\u017e\u00edvat pouze takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 jsou schv\u00e1len\u00e9 ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed a jejich\u017e \u00fa\u010dinnost a bezpe\u010dnost se op\u00edr\u00e1 o seri\u00f3zn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie.<\/p>\n<p><em>Proto\u017ee pravidla pro reklamu na dopl\u0148ky stravy nejsou u n\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b jasn\u00e1, \u010dasto se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s reklamou, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i klamav\u00e1. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm proh\u0159e\u0161kem reklam na dopl\u0148ky stravy je to, \u017ee se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako l\u00e9ky.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span>Pou\u017eit\u00e1 literatura<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><em>Winklerov\u00e1 D.
