Mezi slibovan&eacute; &uacute;\u010dinky syrov&aacute;tky pat\u0159&iacute; nap\u0159&iacute;klad odstran\u011bn&iacute; tr&aacute;vic&iacute;ch pot&iacute;\u017e&iacute;, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips213'>celulitidy<\/span>, nadv&aacute;hy \u010di akn&eacute;, zlep&scaron;en&iacute; kvality vlas\u016f, neht\u016f, pleti, n&aacute;r\u016fst svalov&eacute; hmoty. Je v&scaron;ak syrov&aacute;tka skute\u010dn\u011b z&aacute;zra\u010dn&yacute; v&scaron;el&eacute;k? Co od n&iacute; m\u016f\u017eeme skute\u010dn\u011b o\u010dek&aacute;vat?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak syrov&aacute;tka vznik&aacute; a k \u010demu ji vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;me<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Syrov&aacute;tka vznik&aacute; p\u0159i v&yacute;rob\u011b ml&eacute;\u010dn&yacute;ch produkt\u016f tak, \u017ee se vysr&aacute;\u017e&iacute; hlavn&iacute; ml&eacute;\u010dn&aacute; b&iacute;lkovina kasein. Odd\u011blen&iacute;m vytvo\u0159en&eacute; sra\u017eeniny se z&iacute;sk&aacute; \u017elutozelen&aacute; tekutina, kter&aacute; se naz&yacute;v&aacute; sladk&aacute; syrov&aacute;tka. Takov&yacute; proces se uplat\u0148uje nap\u0159&iacute;klad p\u0159i v&yacute;rob\u011b tvaroh\u016f a s&yacute;r\u016f.&nbsp;Barva syrov&aacute;tky je zp\u016fsobena obsahem vitam&iacute;n\u016f skupiny B &ndash; B1, B2, B6 B12.&nbsp; Z dal&scaron;&iacute;ch vitam&iacute;n\u016f obsahuje ve v&yacute;znamn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m mno\u017estv&iacute; vitam&iacute;ny C a E a d&aacute;le miner&aacute;ly ho\u0159\u010d&iacute;k, fosfor, v&aacute;pn&iacute;k, drasl&iacute;k, sod&iacute;k, zinek a dal&scaron;&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Sladk&aacute; syrov&aacute;tka obsahuje vysok&yacute; pod&iacute;l ml&eacute;\u010dn&eacute;ho cukru lakt&oacute;zy a je bohat&aacute; na syrov&aacute;tkov&eacute; b&iacute;lkoviny &ndash; pro jejich obsah je nejv&iacute;ce cen\u011bna.<\/p>\n<p>Syrov&aacute;tku lid&eacute; vyu\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute; od doby, kdy se nau\u010dili p\u0159ipravovat z ml&eacute;ka s&yacute;r a tvaroh. V ml&eacute;k&aacute;rensk&eacute; velkov&yacute;rob\u011b byla ale dlouho pouh&yacute;m odpadem a bez u\u017eitku se likvidovala. Vyu\u017e&iacute;vat se za\u010dala nejprve jako krmivo pro hospod&aacute;\u0159sk&aacute; zv&iacute;\u0159ata, pozd\u011bji se \u010d&iacute;m d&aacute;l v&iacute;ce uplat\u0148ovala v potravin&aacute;\u0159stv&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se syrov&aacute;tka p\u0159id&aacute;v&aacute; do obrovsk&eacute;ho mno\u017estv&iacute; potravin z&nbsp;d\u016fvod\u016f v&yacute;\u017eivov&yacute;ch (p\u0159id&aacute;n&iacute;m syrov&aacute;tky do potraviny se zvy&scaron;uje obsah b&iacute;lkovin nebo se syrov&aacute;tka&nbsp; vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;&nbsp; jako zdroj ml&eacute;\u010dn&eacute;ho cukru lakt&oacute;zy) i ekonomick&yacute;ch (su&scaron;en&aacute; syrov&aacute;tka je levn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e su&scaron;en&eacute; ml&eacute;ko, kter&eacute; v potravin&aacute;ch \u010dasto nahrazuje), \u010d&iacute;m d&aacute;l v&iacute;ce se ale pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute; i samostatn\u011b. Obl&iacute;ben&eacute; jsou nap\u0159&iacute;klad b&iacute;lkovinn&eacute; n&aacute;poje pro sportovce nebo syrov&aacute;tkov&eacute; n&aacute;poje pro hubnut&iacute;, potravinov&eacute; dopl\u0148ky pro zlep&scaron;en&iacute; tr&aacute;ven&iacute;, stavu vlas\u016f, neht\u016f. Vyr&aacute;b&iacute; se tak&eacute; syrov&aacute;tkov&aacute; kosmetika &ndash; kr&eacute;my, &scaron;ampony, vlasov&eacute; balz&aacute;my, omlazuj&iacute;c&iacute; s&eacute;ra.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pro budoucnost je zaj&iacute;mav&aacute; mo\u017enost vyu\u017eit&iacute; syrov&aacute;tky k v&yacute;rob\u011b energie. Slibuj&iacute; snadn&eacute; zhubnut&iacute; se zaru\u010den&iacute;m dostatku v&scaron;ech d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;ch \u017eivin a bez <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/73\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jojo efektu<\/a>, odstran\u011bn&iacute; <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips213'>celulitidy<\/span> a zlep&scaron;en&iacute; poko\u017eky. Jejich p\u0159ednost&iacute; je n&iacute;zk&yacute; pod&iacute;l tuk\u016f a dobr&aacute; stravitelnost, kter&aacute; m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t naru&scaron;ena, pokud \u010dlov\u011bk trp&iacute; <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nesn&aacute;&scaron;enlivost&iacute; lakt&oacute;zy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vyr&aacute;b\u011bj&iacute; se tak&eacute; syrov&aacute;tkov&eacute; produkty se sn&iacute;\u017een&yacute;m obsahem tuku i cukr\u016f, a naopak zv&yacute;&scaron;en&yacute;m pod&iacute;lem b&iacute;lkovin, tzv. izol&aacute;ty&nbsp;(a\u017e 90 %). Jejich pou\u017eit&iacute; jako dopl\u0148ku reduk\u010dn&iacute;ho j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku je vhodn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e u koncentr&aacute;t\u016f i p\u0159esto, \u017ee je lidsk&eacute; t\u011blo obt&iacute;\u017en\u011bji vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Co je ale nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; &ndash; \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute; syrov&aacute;tkov&yacute; (ani jin&yacute;) n&aacute;poj nem\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t zaru\u010den&yacute;m prost\u0159edkem ke zhubnut&iacute;. Pro trval&yacute; a zdrav&yacute; pokles v&aacute;hy je nezbytn&eacute; upravit j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek tak, aby byl vyv&aacute;\u017een&yacute;, zdrav&yacute;, a abychom ho byli schopni dlouhodob\u011b dodr\u017eovat.
