Pro v\u00fdrobu margar\u00edn\u016f se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b rostlinn\u00e9 oleje, do n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nich se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed i slo\u017eky ml\u00e9ka (syrov\u00e1tka, podm\u00e1sl\u00ed, m\u00e1slo,\u2026) a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady. Strach ze \u0161kodlivosti margar\u00edn\u016f podobn\u011b jako u n\u00e1hradn\u00edch sladidel nebo p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je zp\u016fsoben obvykl\u00fdm strachem z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho. V\u0161echny potraviny a jejich slo\u017eky jsou pe\u010dliv\u011b testov\u00e1ny a schv\u00e1len\u00e9 jsou jedin\u011b ty, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee je mus\u00edme j\u00edst v p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. P\u0159i velmi jednostrann\u00e9m j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u0161kodliv\u00e1 v podstat\u011b jak\u00e1koli potravina.<\/p>\n<p><em>V\u00fdroba margar\u00edn\u016f je um\u011bl\u00e1<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ne. Naopak je mnoho d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d rostlinn\u00e9 tuky j\u00edst \u2013 slo\u017een\u00ed tuk\u016f je v nich p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro zdrav\u00e9 srdce a c\u00e9vy (v\u011bt\u0161inou neobsahuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips188'>Cholesterol<\/span>), obvykle tak\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed&nbsp;m\u00e9n\u011b celkov\u00e9ho tuku ne\u017e m\u00e1slo. N\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky dokonce p\u0159\u00edmo pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet nemocem srdce a c\u00e9v nebo n\u011bkter\u00fdm druh\u016fm n\u00e1dor\u016f. B\u00fdvaj\u00ed obohaceny \u0159adou prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a chu\u0165ov\u011b se vylep\u0161uj\u00ed. V\u00fdhodou rostlinn\u00fdch tuk\u016f oproti m\u00e1slu je i jejich snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozt\u00edratelnost a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cena.<\/p>\n<p><em>Stra\u0161\u00e1k v podob\u011b <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips66'>trans mastn\u00fdch kyselin<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se hodn\u011b mluv\u00ed o \u0161kodlivosti margar\u00edn\u016f kv\u016fli obsahu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u201e<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips66'>trans mastn\u00fdch kyselin<\/span>\u201c (TMK). Je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno se opravdu p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b margar\u00edn\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvaly postupy, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch vznikalo velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek. Po\u010d\u00e1tkem devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let doporu\u010dila <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips14'>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace<\/span> radik\u00e1ln\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed TMK ve strav\u011b a v\u00fdrobci margar\u00edn\u016f na to reagovali \u00fapravou v\u00fdrobn\u00ed technologie. D\u00edky tomu obsah TMK klesl v posledn\u00edch letech p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na \u00farove\u0148 m\u00e1sla. Margar\u00edny, kter\u00e9 jsou u n\u00e1s b\u011b\u017en\u011b k dost\u00e1n\u00ed, maj\u00ed obsah TMK v\u011bt\u0161inou zanedbateln\u00fd, ale i mezi nimi jsou rozd\u00edly \u2013 sledujte proto informace na obalu. TMK je daleko v\u00edce ve sma\u017een\u00fdch hranolk\u00e1ch, n\u00e1hra\u017ek\u00e1ch \u010dokol\u00e1dy, jemn\u00e9m pe\u010divu, koblih\u00e1ch, su\u0161enk\u00e1ch, oplatk\u00e1ch apod.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1hadn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch restaurac\u00edch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Historky o nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nev\u00e1bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad\u00e1ch, prod\u00e1van\u00fdch v asijsk\u00fdch restaurac\u00edch sly\u0161el snad ka\u017ed\u00fd. Podkladem pro tyto f\u00e1my nejsou skute\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e nechu\u0165 v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti k p\u0159ist\u011bhovalc\u016fm a odli\u0161n\u00fdm j\u00eddeln\u00edm zvyklostem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1hradn\u00ed (um\u011bl\u00e1) sladidla<\/strong> <strong>zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako u \u201e\u00e9\u010dek\u201c a margar\u00edn\u016f m\u00e1 tato f\u00e1ma z\u00e1klad v p\u0159irozen\u00e9m strachu z nezn\u00e1ma. Je jich tolik, \u017ee pro n\u011b vznikl i souhrnn\u00fd n\u00e1zev <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips256'>Cokelore<\/span>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Asi nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je f\u00e1ma o schopnosti coca-coly rozpou\u0161t\u011bt p\u0159edm\u011bty \u2013 nej\u010dast\u011bji jsou to h\u0159eb\u00edky, mince, l\u017e\u00edce, ale i podivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci \u2013 zuby, kus d\u0159eva, p\u00e1rek v rohl\u00edku, slanina, my\u0161 \u010di netop\u00fdr, nebo dokonce d\u011bln\u00edk, kter\u00fd spadl do n\u00e1dr\u017ee s coca-colou a okam\u017eit\u011b se rozpustil!<\/p>\n<p>V pov\u011br\u00e1ch se \u010dasto mluv\u00ed i o z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch coly \u2013 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rzi, kovov\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, vodovodn\u00edho odpadu \u010di skvrn od oleje, k dob\u00edjen\u00ed autobateri\u00ed, m\u00edsto brzdov\u00e9 kapaliny, d\u00e1le k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b kocoviny nebo plynatosti. N\u011bkter\u00e9 vlastnosti jsou coca-cole p\u0159ipisov\u00e1ny pravdiv\u011b &#8211; v mal\u00fdch dou\u0161c\u00edch a chlazen\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad zklidnit \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed nevolnost.
