Jako\u017eto sou\u010d\u00e1st mnoha <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips265'>hormon\u016f<\/span> a <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips280'>enzym\u016f<\/span> se tak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed fyziologick\u00fdch pochod\u016f v cel\u00e9m organismu. Tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 6 % hmotnosti t\u011bla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy jsou tyto l\u00e1tky nespr\u00e1vn\u011b zjednodu\u0161en\u011b ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny jako \u201eminer\u00e1ly\u201c. T\u00edmto term\u00ednem je ale v na\u0161em jazyce my\u0161len nerost, t\u0159eba k\u0159emen nebo kalcit, a na t\u011bch bychom si asi vyl\u00e1mali zuby. P\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fdm synonymem pro miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky jsou miner\u00e1lie, tak\u017ee pozor na to!<\/p>\n<p>T\u011blo si nedok\u00e1\u017ee \u017e\u00e1dnou z t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek samo vytvo\u0159it a v\u0161echny do jedn\u00e9 mus\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmat v potrav\u011b. Vst\u0159eb\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017eitelnost z potravy se pohybuj\u00ed od jednotek do des\u00edtek procent. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee z rostlinn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podle mno\u017estv\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho pro organizmus se n\u011bkdy d\u011bl\u00ed na <strong>miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky<\/strong> (v u\u017e\u0161\u00edm slova smyslu), vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se v t\u011ble v gramov\u00fdch a\u017e kilogramov\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch, a <strong>prvky stopov\u00e9<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje v minim\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, t\u0159eba jen v mikrogramech. P\u0159i vyrovnan\u00e9 pestr\u00e9 strav\u011b je nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 dod\u00e1vka n\u011bkter\u00e9 z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek velmi nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezi miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky \u0159ad\u00edme<\/strong> sod\u00edk, drasl\u00edk, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, fosfor, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, chlor a s\u00edru. V lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble se vyskytuj\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b od des\u00edtek po tis\u00edc gram\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezi stopov\u00e9 prvky \u0159ad\u00edme<\/strong> \u017eelezo, zinek, jod, selen, fluor, m\u011b\u010f, chrom, mangan, molybden a kobalt. N\u011bkdy se do t\u00e9to skupiny \u0159ad\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed prvky jako jsou nikl, c\u00edn a jin\u00e9. Stopov\u00e9 prvky jsou nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto se o nich dozv\u00edte v\u00edce v samostatn\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku, kter\u00fd pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ipravujeme.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011blen\u00ed nen\u00ed jednotn\u00e9, proto se v jin\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch m\u016f\u017eete setkat s jin\u00fdm d\u011blen\u00edm, ne\u017e je pou\u017eito v tomto textu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jednotliv\u00e9 miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sod\u00edk (Na)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Charakteristika a funkce:<\/em> \u00da\u010dastn\u00ed se hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s vodou v t\u011ble, d\u00e1le mimo jin\u00e9&nbsp; umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010dinnost n\u011bkter\u00fdch <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips280'>enzym\u016f<\/span>. Denn\u00ed pot\u0159eba sod\u00edku je pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00e1, p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch (nap\u0159. v horku) se ale podstatn\u011b zvy\u0161uje, nebo\u0165 zde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k velk\u00fdm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m tekutin a miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek potem. V na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch ale sp\u00ed\u0161 \u0159e\u0161\u00edme probl\u00e9m nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu sod\u00edku, jeho\u017e zdrojem je hlavn\u011b kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 s\u016fl, \u010dili chlorid sodn\u00fd (NaCl). Doporu\u010den\u00e1 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 soli je kolem 5 &#8211; 6 g (cca 1 \u010dajov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka), i kdy\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem v&nbsp;\u010cR je a\u017e 17g. Vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sod\u00edku v podob\u011b soli je spojov\u00e1n s rizikem vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku a&nbsp; vzniku otok\u016f, hroz\u00ed i po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed sliznice. Vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sod\u00edku zat\u011b\u017euje ledviny.<\/li>\n<li><em>P\u0159i nedostatku<\/em>, nap\u0159\u00edklad po dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00edch pr\u016fjmech, zvracen\u00ed a nadm\u011brn\u00e9m pocen\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke svalov\u00fdm k\u0159e\u010d\u00edm, poklesu krevn\u00edho tlaku a n\u011bkdy a\u017e k poruch\u00e1m srde\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti a v\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><em>Zdroje:<\/em> uzeniny, masn\u00e9 konzervy, pol\u00e9vkov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips200'>instantn\u00ed<\/span> pol\u00e9vky a om\u00e1\u010dky, tvrd\u00e9 s\u00fdry, n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy pe\u010diva, bramb\u016frky, nakl\u00e1dan\u00e1 zelenina, sojov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka, pokrmy z rychl\u00e9ho ob\u010derstven\u00ed (hamburgery) a jin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drasl\u00edk (K)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Charakteristika a funkce:<\/em> Je nezbytn\u00fd pro tvorbu bun\u011bk, pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje spr\u00e1vnou \u010dinnost sval\u016f, zejm\u00e9na srdce.
