Vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ji p\u016fsoben\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f na <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips271'>receptory<\/span>, kter\u00e9 zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed polohu t\u011bla a jej\u00ed zm\u011bny. V mlad\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku jsou pot\u00ed\u017ee \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v dosp\u011blosti. Pokud v\u00edte, \u017ee va\u0161e za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed cesty \u0161patn\u011b sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, nebo pokud budete cestovat zat\u00edm nevyzkou\u0161en\u00fdm dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem (nap\u0159\u00edklad lod\u00ed), p\u0159ipravte se dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edem.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ed cestou se najezte jen lehce, vhodn\u00e9 jsou sacharidov\u00e9 potraviny jako pe\u010divo (ne \u010derstv\u00e9 kynut\u00e9), pi\u0161koty, su\u0161enky bez n\u00e1pln\u011b. Asi 3\u20134 hodiny p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem do dopravn\u00edho prost\u0159edku (u n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f sta\u010d\u00ed i 30 minut) si m\u016f\u017eete vz\u00edt l\u00e9ky proti kinet\u00f3ze \u2013 tabletky nebo \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dky. Vyhn\u011bte se naopak p\u0159ejeden\u00ed a potravin\u00e1m tu\u010dn\u00fdm a dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p>Z n\u00e1poj\u016f jsou vhodn\u00e9 sp\u00ed\u0161e chladn\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed nevolnost m\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit pod\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00fdch dou\u0161k\u016f (!) vychlazen\u00e9 coly. Lep\u0161\u00ed je vyhnout se n\u00e1poj\u016fm p\u0159eslazen\u00fdm, kysel\u00fdm (ne\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 d\u017eusy), hodn\u011b sycen\u00fdm a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b alkoholick\u00fdm. Z p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f je proti nevolnosti vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1zvor (tobolky nebo \u010daj), m\u00e1ta peprn\u00e1 (olej nebo \u010daj), mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, pot\u00ed\u017ee zm\u00edrn\u00ed i he\u0159m\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co s sebou na cestu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010casto \u0159e\u0161\u00edme stravu b\u011bhem cesty zast\u00e1vkami ve <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/73-4976\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fast foodech<\/a>. Rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed nem\u00e1 se zdrav\u00fdm stravov\u00e1n\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161inou nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho, obvykle poskytne hlavn\u011b <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips113'>pr\u00e1zdnou energii<\/span>, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tuku a soli a jen minimum d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin. Nav\u00edc je t\u011b\u017eko straviteln\u00e9 a m\u016f\u017ee zhor\u0161it kinet\u00f3zu. P\u0159\u00edprava zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stravy na cestu p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt slo\u017eit\u00e1. I rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed ale m\u016f\u017eete vyb\u00edrat zdrav\u011bji \u2013 z nab\u00eddky zvolte t\u0159eba sal\u00e1ty (bez majon\u00e9zov\u00e9 z\u00e1livky), ovocn\u00e9 dezerty, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. M\u00edsto p\u0159eslazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f si vyberte vodu, miner\u00e1lku nebo d\u017eus.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Z trvanliv\u00fdch potravin jsou vhodn\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad mal\u00e1 balen\u00ed ml\u00e9ka a ovocn\u00fdch nebo zeleninov\u00fdch \u0161\u0165\u00e1v (pokud se nemus\u00edte omezovat v\u00e1hou zavazadel), <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips259'>vakuov\u011b<\/span> balen\u00e9 potraviny, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips224'>pufovan\u00e9<\/span> pe\u010divo, k mls\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00fcsli ty\u010dinky, celozrnn\u00e9 su\u0161enky, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce, sem\u00ednka a o\u0159echy. V prodejn\u00e1ch zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy najdete i \u0159adu zdrav\u00fdch a trvanliv\u00fdch polotovar\u016f a potravin.<br \/>Co nej\u010dast\u011bji s ohledem na podm\u00ednky uchov\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159azujte i p\u0159i cest\u011b \u010derstv\u00e9 potraviny \u2013 \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce, zeleninu, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak uchovat potraviny d\u00e9le \u010derstv\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potraviny v\u00e1m b\u011bhem cesty, ale t\u0159eba i p\u0159i celodenn\u00edm v\u00fdletu nebo pobytu na pl\u00e1\u017ei, pomohou uchovat nap\u0159\u00edklad vzduchot\u011bsn\u00e9 misky, chladic\u00ed ta\u0161ka, termoobal na l\u00e1hev, termoska nebo termohrn\u00ed\u010dek (uchovaj\u00ed chladn\u00e9, ale naopak i tepl\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, pol\u00e9vku, ka\u0161i). M\u00edsto pap\u00edrov\u00fdch ubrousk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se na j\u00eddlo p\u0159ilep\u00ed, zkuste pou\u017e\u00edt potravinovou f\u00f3lii nebo alobal, kter\u00fd nav\u00edc <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips124'>tepeln\u011b izoluje<\/span> (nen\u00ed ale vhodn\u00fd na kysel\u00e9 potraviny kv\u016fli <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips16'>vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed hlin\u00edku<\/span>). Jde to i zdrav\u011b!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zapome\u0148te na klasick\u00e9\u00a0instantn\u00ed pol\u00e9vky a om\u00e1\u010dky. Ty nemaj\u00ed se zdravou stravou nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho, maj\u00ed minimum vitamin\u016f a naopak obsahuj\u00ed hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek \u2013 barviv, konzervant\u016f, aromat, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips199'>glutam\u00e1tu<\/span> nebo soli.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Existuje naopak \u0159ada zdrav\u00fdch potravin, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips200'>instantn\u00ed<\/span> vlastnosti (sta\u010d\u00ed je zal\u00edt horkou vodou). Vyzkou\u0161ejte t\u0159eba kuskus nebo bulgur (mal\u00e9 t\u011bstovinov\u00e9 kuli\u010dky, obvykle p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9), r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 nudle, r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy vlo\u010dek a m\u00fcsli. Jemn\u00e9 ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky nemus\u00edte ani p\u0159el\u00edvat horkou vodou, m\u016f\u017eete je rovnou p\u0159idat do jogurtu nebo ml\u00e9ka. P\u0159evahu by v n\u011bm m\u011bly m\u00edt rostlinn\u00e9 potraviny \u2013 obilniny (nejl\u00e9pe celozrnn\u00e9), zelenina, ovoce. Ovoce a zeleninu pod\u00e1vejte alespo\u0148 jako p\u0159\u00edlohu ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu chodu, p\u0159ednostn\u011b v \u010derstv\u00e9m stavu. Nezapom\u00ednejte na ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 jsou zdrojem v\u00e1pn\u00edku, nezbytn\u00e9ho nejen pro rostouc\u00ed kosti. V j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku by m\u011bly b\u00fdt alespo\u0148 dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b, v obdob\u00ed rychl\u00e9ho r\u016fstu 3\u20134x denn\u011b. Jednou denn\u011b byste si m\u011bli dop\u0159\u00e1t pokrm z potravin, kter\u00e9 jsou zdrojem kvalitn\u00edch b\u00edlkovin \u2013 libov\u00e9 maso, ryby, vejce nebo lu\u0161t\u011bniny. Tuky vyb\u00edrejte kvalitn\u00ed \u2013 na pe\u010divo m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t v um\u00edrn\u011bn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed i m\u00e1slo, do hotov\u00fdch j\u00eddel nebo sal\u00e1t\u016f rostlinn\u00fd olej, nejl\u00e9pe za studena lisovan\u00fd. Pokud si chcete zamlsat, vyberte si nap\u0159\u00edklad mou\u010dn\u00edky s ovocem \u010di tvarohem, celozrnn\u00e9 su\u0161enky, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce a podobn\u011b. Ide\u00e1ln\u00edm dopl\u0148kem jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 nesolen\u00e9 a nepra\u017een\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a sem\u00ednka, ne v\u0161ak t\u0159eba ara\u0161\u00eddy, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dast\u00fdm zdrojem pl\u00edsn\u00ed. Alergii \u010dasto vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad ryby a mo\u0159sk\u00e9 produkty, z ovoce citrusy, kiwi, ananas, mango, broskve, f\u00edky a datle, d\u00e1le semena, o\u0159echy a jin\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 plody.
