Nap\u0159\u00edklad sv\u00fdmi stravovac\u00edmi zvyklostmi. Skladba j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku nem\u00e1 vliv jen na celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Dlouhodob\u00e9 nedostatky ve v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b se nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed i na stavu vlas\u016f, neht\u016f, pleti. N\u011bkter\u00e9 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky jsou typick\u00e9 pro nedostatek konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch \u017eivin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co si \u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed vlasy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"text-align: right;width: 236px;float: right;height: 183px\" title=\"slecna2\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/zajimavosti\/slecna2.jpg\" alt=\"slecna2\" width=\"213\" height=\"165\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/>T\u0159ep\u00ed se v\u00e1m vlasy hodn\u011b? Krom\u011b nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de o n\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nedostatek <strong>vitaminu A <\/strong>a<strong> beta karotenu<\/strong>. Pro zdrav\u00fd vzhled vlas\u016f jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tak\u00e9 <strong>vitamin E<\/strong>&nbsp; a <strong>zinek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 lomivost, suchost, zm\u011bna barvy nebo vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vlas\u016f jsou typick\u00e9 pro hladov\u011bn\u00ed, kdy p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nen\u00ed jen nedostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem celkov\u00e9 energie, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <strong>b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>. Velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd nedostatek \u017eivin se m\u016f\u017ee projevit dokonce ple\u0161at\u011bn\u00edm. Vlasy ale v\u00edce vypad\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ze. Pro stavbu vlasu je nezbytn\u00fd i <strong>k\u0159em\u00edk<\/strong>&nbsp; a <strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips295'>biotin<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>V reklam\u011b se \u010dasto setk\u00e1me s p\u0159\u00edpravky na vlasy, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed vitaminy a jin\u00e9 \u017eiviny pro v\u00fd\u017eivu vlas\u016f. Je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee vlas s\u00e1m o sob\u011b je ne\u017eiv\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148, a \u0161ampon nebo balz\u00e1m, kter\u00fd p\u016fsob\u00ed nanejv\u00fd\u0161 p\u00e1r minut, mu \u017e\u00e1dnou chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu dodat bohu\u017eel nem\u016f\u017ee. Trochu jin\u00e9 je to u p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou ur\u010den\u00e9 k v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b vlasov\u00e9ho v\u00e1\u010dku nebo prokrven\u00ed poko\u017eky (nap\u0159\u00edklad pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vlas\u016f) \u2013 i tady ale velmi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na druhu p\u0159\u00edpravku a p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011b pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, tak\u017ee je na m\u00edst\u011b poradit se s odborn\u00edkem a ne\u0159\u00eddit se jen reklamn\u00edm tvrzen\u00edm. Potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky pro kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 vlasy, kter\u00e9 se u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u011b, mohou m\u00edt ur\u010dit\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek, jejich vyu\u017eitelnost v t\u011ble je ale obvykle ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e pokud stejn\u00e9 \u017eiviny p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te p\u0159irozen\u011b stravou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fd\u017eiva pro p\u011bkn\u00e9 nehty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nedostatek <strong>zinku<\/strong>, <strong>k\u0159em\u00edku<\/strong>, <strong>biotinu<\/strong>,<strong> kyseliny pantothenov\u00e9 <\/strong>i <strong>b\u00edlkovin<\/strong> se projev\u00ed \u0161patn\u00fdm vzhledem a lomivost\u00ed neht\u016f. B\u00edl\u00e9 skvrny na nehtech mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edznakem nedostatku zinku a <strong>vitamin\u016f B komplexu<\/strong> (v\u00edce B vitamin\u016f obsahuj\u00ed ml\u00e9ko, j\u00e1tra, maso, vejce). Pravd\u011bpodobnost p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozenou cestou z potravy je nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e1, sp\u00ed\u0161e hroz\u00ed p\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9m d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed potravinov\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f na podporu zdrav\u00ed a kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho vzhledu neht\u016f, plat\u00ed v podstat\u011b tot\u00e9\u017e, co jsme si \u0159ekli o produktech p\u00e9\u010de o vlasy. Dop\u0159ejte t\u011blu dostatek ovoce a zeleniny, hlavn\u011b v \u010derstv\u00e9m stavu, d\u00e1le ryby a mo\u0159sk\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010dichy, celozrnn\u00e9 obilniny, sem\u00ednka a o\u0159echy, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem tuku.&nbsp; Omezte pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed soli a pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy, tak\u00e9 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips283'>alkohol<\/span> je nep\u0159\u00edtelem hladk\u00e9 poko\u017eky. Naopak pijte alespo\u0148 2,5-3 litry neslazen\u00fdch tekutin denn\u011b (bylinn\u00e9, zelen\u00e9 a ovocn\u00e9 \u010daje, vodu s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem sod\u00edku, v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed st\u0159\u00eddejte i miner\u00e1lky).<\/p>\n<p>Z pohybov\u00fdch aktivit je nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kombinace <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips56'>vytrvalostn\u00edch sport\u016f<\/span> a <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips94'>tvarovac\u00edch cvik\u016f<\/span>.
