Je chutn\u00e9, na pohled l\u00e1kav\u00e9, v p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b ke konzumaci nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 (v\u011bt\u0161inou sta\u010d\u00ed jen om\u00fdt nebo oloupat), a co je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 pln\u00e9 vitamin\u016f, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips219'>vl\u00e1kniny<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips175'>antioxidant\u016f<\/span>, miner\u00e1ln\u00edch a jin\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed nemocemi tolik typick\u00fdmi pro sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips14'>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace<\/span> doporu\u010duje sn\u00edst denn\u011b alespo\u0148&nbsp; 2-4 porce ovoce, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e za porci je pova\u017eov\u00e1no zhruba 100g. V\u00edce v \u010dl\u00e1nku <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/44\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5\u00d7 denn\u011b ovoce a zeleninu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ovoce m\u00edrn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi ovoce p\u011bstovan\u00e9 u n\u00e1s a zem\u011bpisn\u011b spadaj\u00edc\u00ed do oblasti m\u00edrn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma pat\u0159\u00ed j\u00e1drovit\u00e9, peckovit\u00e9 i bobulovit\u00e9 druhy. V roce 2006 byla celkov\u00e1 spot\u0159eba \u010derstv\u00e9ho ovoce m\u00edrn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma u n\u00e1s celkem 56 kg na osobu. Mezi nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159ila jablka (27 kg), d\u00e1le \u0161vestky, broskve, vinn\u00e9 hrozny, meru\u0148ky, jahody zahradn\u00ed, hru\u0161ky, lesn\u00ed plody, t\u0159e\u0161n\u011b, ryb\u00edz, vi\u0161n\u011b a angre\u0161t.<\/p>\n<p>Ovoce ji\u017en\u00ed, dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed, zahrnuje citrusov\u00e9, tropick\u00e9 a subtropick\u00e9 plody. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice jsme v roce 2006 spot\u0159ebovali celkem 32 kg \u010derstv\u00e9ho ji\u017en\u00edho ovoce na osobu, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etina v\u0161eho ovoce, kter\u00e9 se u n\u00e1s sn\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bji konzumujeme pomeran\u010de, ban\u00e1ny a mandarinky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exotick\u00e9 nebo tuzemsk\u00e9 druhy ovoce?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b, kdy je exotick\u00e9 ovoce b\u011b\u017en\u011b k dost\u00e1n\u00ed na pultech, si u\u017e jen m\u00e1lokdo vzpomene, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed asi 20 lety byly ban\u00e1ny a mandarinky k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed jen o p\u0159ed V\u00e1nocemi a nap\u0159. kiwi jsme neznali v\u016fbec. \u010clov\u011bk je v\u0161ak na p\u0159\u00edjem ovoce ze sv\u00e9ho zem\u011bpisn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma po generace adaptov\u00e1n, je proto dobr\u00e9 nep\u0159ece\u0148ovat ji\u017en\u00ed druhy ovoce a neopom\u00edjet ze sou\u010dasn\u00e9 l\u00e1kav\u00e9 nab\u00eddky exotick\u00fdch druh\u016f ani na\u0161e dom\u00e1c\u00ed (ovoce m\u00edrn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma).<\/p>\n<p>Exotick\u00e9 ovoce, na rozd\u00edl od ovoce vyp\u011bstovan\u00e9ho u n\u00e1s, m\u00e1 pro n\u00e1s n\u011bkolik nev\u00fdhod. Za prv\u00e9 je sklizeno p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b, je\u0161t\u011b tvrd\u00e9 a zelen\u00e9. B\u011bhem p\u0159evozu se sice nepo\u0161kod\u00ed a neshnije, ale ji\u017e nikdy nedos\u00e1hne takov\u00e9 kvality, jako kdyby uzr\u00e1lo na strom\u011b. Ovoce pozd\u011bji dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 ve speci\u00e1ln\u00ed atmosf\u00e9\u0159e, ale jeho jakost je sn\u00ed\u017eena. Net\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jen velikosti \u010di barvy plod\u016f (bez vzduchu a bez slun\u00ed\u010dka nen\u00ed \u010derven\u00e9ho l\u00ed\u010dka), ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jejich slo\u017een\u00ed \u2013 bu\u010f jak bu\u010f, obsah vitamin\u016f a jin\u00fdch nutri\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je v um\u011ble dozr\u00e1l\u00e9m ovoci ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 k\u016fru ovocn\u00fdch plod\u016f je t\u0159eba p\u0159ed dlouhou cestou d\u016fkladn\u011b chemicky o\u0161et\u0159it, jinak by se b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1kladu zkazila. P\u0159i loup\u00e1n\u00ed se pak t\u011b\u017eko vyhneme kontaktu t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed a u citliv\u00fdch osob mohou n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich vyvolat podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee \u010di spojivek, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i alergick\u00e9 reakce. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vybran\u00e9 druhy tuzemsk\u00e9ho ovoce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jablka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na sv\u011bt\u011b se p\u011bstuje okolo 7500 odr\u016fd jablek. U n\u00e1s pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nej\u010dast\u011bji konzumovan\u00fd druh ovoce. V p\u0159epo\u010dtu na osobu a rok se jich v \u010cR spot\u0159ebuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 24 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Jablka nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bohat\u00e1 na vitamin C (v jahod\u00e1ch je ho asi 13x v\u00edce), ale jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b cen\u011bna pro sv\u016fj vysok\u00fd obsah <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips219'>vl\u00e1kniny<\/span> (pektinu), kter\u00e1 je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 mnoh\u00fdmi ochrann\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed. Hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli nap\u0159\u00edklad v prevenci srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, st\u0159evn\u00ed divertikul\u00f3zy a rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva.
