Na obalech potravin jsou nej\u010dast\u011bji uv\u00e1d\u011bny doporu\u010den\u00e9 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9. Doporu\u010den\u00e9 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky pro d\u011bti se od doporu\u010den\u00fdch denn\u00edch d\u00e1vek pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 mohou hodn\u011b li\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>Na obalech potravin je uvedeno, kolik procent z doporu\u010den\u00fdch denn\u00edch d\u00e1vek stanoven\u00fdch pro d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 slo\u017eky potravy potravina obsahuje. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na obalu jogurtu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uvedeno \u201eobsahuje 45 % DDD v\u00e1pn\u00edku\u201c \u2013 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud tento jogurt sn\u00edte, dod\u00e1te t\u011blu 45 % mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku, kter\u00e9 ten den pot\u0159ebuje, zbyl\u00fdch 55 % pak mus\u00edte doplnit z jin\u00fdch potravin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pozor!
