Lidem dnes ji\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee dostanou na tal\u00ed\u0159 potraviny, kter\u00e9 za\u017eenou hlad a jsou zdravotn\u011b nez\u00e1vadn\u00e9. Od potravin se nav\u00edc o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee jejich konzumace bude p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b p\u016fsobit na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, a proto p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed na \u0159adu tzv. funk\u010dn\u00ed potraviny.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co jsou funk\u010dn\u00ed potraviny?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Funk\u010dn\u00ed potraviny na prvn\u00ed pohled vypadaj\u00ed stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed, b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 potraviny, neli\u0161\u00ed se od nich vlastn\u011b ani chut\u00ed \u010di v\u016fn\u00ed.
