Tato posedlost m\u00e1 doty\u010dn\u00e9mu zajistit dokonal\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a dlouh\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Poprv\u00e9 tento n\u00e1zev pou\u017eil v roce 1997 dr. Steven Bratman ve sv\u00e9 knize Health Food Junkies. N\u00e1zev poch\u00e1z\u00ed z \u0159eck\u00e9ho ortho \u2013 spr\u00e1vn\u00fd, pravdiv\u00fd.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se orthorexie projevuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejde zde jako u anorexie a bulimie o to, kolik, ale, co j\u00edme. Orthorektici jsou posedl\u00ed kvalitou stravy a vy\u0159azuj\u00ed ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u0161echny nezdrav\u00e9 potraviny. Co orthorektik pova\u017euje za zdrav\u00e9 a nezdrav\u00e9, z\u00e1vis\u00ed hodn\u011b na tom, z jak\u00e9ho v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho sm\u011bru dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk vych\u00e1z\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou je to makrobiotika, <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/29\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/29\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">frutari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/a>, konzumace \u010dist\u011b syrov\u00e9 stravy, diety s velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem tuku, dieta podle krevn\u00edch skupin apod. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00e1sady t\u011bchto zp\u016fsob\u016f stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed v pozad\u00ed nemoci, mohou b\u00fdt i zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 je v\u0161ak pr\u00e1v\u011b fanatick\u00e1 posedlost, kter\u00e1 nakonec zp\u016fsob\u00ed nemoc.<\/p>\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od anorexie, orthorekti\u010dt\u00ed pacienti v\u011bt\u0161inou ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my se svou v\u00e1hou a nepova\u017euj\u00ed se za ob\u00e9zn\u00ed. Pro ortorektiky, kte\u0159\u00ed vyzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed veganstv\u00ed, frutari\u00e1nstv\u00ed a syrovou stravu, je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pocit \u010distoty, a to nejen \u010distoty t\u011bla, ale tak\u00e9 ducha.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orthorexie za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 velmi nevinn\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jako touha p\u0159ekonat <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips204'>chronick\u00e9<\/span> onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo prost\u011b jen obecn\u011b zlep\u0161it sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. To v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje razantn\u00ed zm\u011bnu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, kterou ne ka\u017ed\u00fd bez probl\u00e9m\u016f zvl\u00e1dne. Je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed m\u00edt \u017eeleznou v\u016fli a velkou d\u00e1vku nadhledu nad t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u016fstali u tzv. \u201enezdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddla\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 posti\u017een\u00e9 v\u00edce a v\u00edce zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat co j\u00edst, v jak\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed a jak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed d\u016fsledky m\u00e1 dietn\u00ed chyba, a\u017e nakonec pod\u0159\u00edd\u00ed zdrav\u00e9mu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00fd sv\u016fj \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Orthorektikovi dok\u00e1\u017ee zkazit n\u00e1ladu jedna l\u017ei\u010dka zmrzliny na oslav\u011b narozenin a n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed se bude tr\u00e1pit t\u00edm, \u017ee si m\u00edsto syrov\u00e9 brokolice dal va\u0159enou. Po stravovac\u00edm \u201eproh\u0159e\u0161ku\u201c (m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt klidn\u011b i o sezobnut\u00ed jedn\u00e9 rozinky) n\u00e1sleduje pok\u00e1n\u00ed. To je v\u011bt\u0161inou striktn\u00ed dieta a p\u016fsty.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je orthorexie nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b si mus\u00edme uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee orthorexie je nemoc, a to nemoc z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e1, nebo\u0165 na rozd\u00edl od anorektik\u016f a bulimik\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed si v\u011bt\u0161inou uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee si po\u0161kozuj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, jsou orthorektici na sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed py\u0161n\u00ed \u2013 v\u017edy\u0165 dbaj\u00ed o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Jsou tak\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee \u201ekdy\u017e bude jejich strava dokonal\u00e1, bude v po\u0159\u00e1dku i v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Orthorektici jsou v\u00edce ohro\u017eeni psychick\u00fdm stresem ne\u017e t\u011blesn\u00fdm str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech ale doch\u00e1z\u00ed k z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00e1hy, a to nej\u010dast\u011bji u vyznava\u010d\u016f veganstv\u00ed a syrov\u00e9 stravy, pak se jedn\u00e1 o \u201eorthorektickou anorexii\u201c. Ta m\u016f\u017ee vy\u00fastit v t\u011b\u017ekou podv\u00fd\u017eivu a kon\u010dit i smrt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1le vede k zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rodiny, p\u0159\u00e1tel, pr\u00e1ce a kon\u00ed\u010dk\u016f. Nemocn\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed hodn\u011b \u010dasu vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm informac\u00ed o tom, jak\u00e9 l\u00e1tky jsou pro zdrav\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9, v jak\u00e9 form\u011b a jak\u00fdch pom\u011brech je m\u00e1 organismus dost\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te-li n\u011bkoho takto nemocn\u00e9ho ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed, vypl\u0148te s n\u00edm dotazn\u00edk, podle kter\u00e9ho je mo\u017en\u00e9 posoudit z\u00e1va\u017enost onemocn\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Str\u00e1v\u00edte denn\u011b v\u00edce jak t\u0159i hodiny p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm o zdrav\u00e9 strav\u011b?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1m v\u00edce na zdravotn\u00ed hodnot\u011b toho, co j\u00edte ne\u017e na p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m pro\u017eitku, kter\u00fd strava p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Zjistili jste, \u017ee s rostouc\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed kvalitou va\u0161\u00ed stravy kles\u00e1 soub\u011b\u017en\u011b kvalita va\u0161eho \u017eivota?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Jste na sebe v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch stravy st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Vym\u011bnili jste pro\u017eitek, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ela strava, za dobr\u00fd pocit, \u017ee j\u00edte spr\u00e1vn\u011b?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>C\u00edt\u00edte vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sebe\u00factu na z\u00e1klad\u011b dojmu, \u017ee j\u00edte zdrav\u011b, a sou\u010dasn\u011b pohrd\u00e1te t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed j\u00ed nezdrav\u011b?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Izoluje v\u00e1s soci\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00e1\u0161 zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Kdy\u017e se stravujete zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd pova\u017eujete za spr\u00e1vn\u00fd, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1m to uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed pocit sebekontroly?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Pl\u00e1nujete si sv\u016fj z\u00edt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek ji\u017e dnes?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Kdy\u017e nedodr\u017e\u00edte pl\u00e1novanou dietu, dostav\u00ed se pocit viny nebo ztr\u00e1ty sebe\u00facty?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kladn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f na jednu nebo dv\u011b z ot\u00e1zek sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed pro m\u00edrn\u00fd sklon k \u201eorthoexii\u201c. Kladn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f na 4 a v\u00edce ot\u00e1zek znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk ji\u017e zna\u010dn\u011b ohro\u017een\u00fd.
