O tom, jak\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny t\u011bchto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se d\u00e1 proti nim bojovat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/54\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost<\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru \u2013 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jednou z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din probl\u00e9m\u016f po po\u017eit\u00ed ml\u00e9ka nebo ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f\u00a0 je nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost (intolerance)\u00a0lakt\u00f3zy \u2013 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru. Lakt\u00f3za je p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ml\u00e9ka v\u0161ech savc\u016f. Nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost se projev\u00ed obvykle pr\u016fjmy, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, bolestmi b\u0159icha. Probl\u00e9my \u010dast\u011bji trp\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee se nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span> vyskytuje \u010dast\u011bji u lid\u00ed, jejich\u017e p\u0159edkov\u00e9 tradi\u010dn\u011b ml\u00e9ko p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nekonzumovali. Naopak nejm\u00e9n\u011b se objevuje mezi obyvateli severn\u00ed Evropy, kde je ml\u00e9ko tradi\u010dn\u00ed potravinou.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou\u00a0poruchy tr\u00e1ven\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span> m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt krom\u011b vrozen\u00e9 neschopnosti \u0161t\u011bpit lakt\u00f3zu tak\u00e9 naru\u0161en\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznice, nap\u0159\u00edklad vlivem u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, z\u00e1n\u011btu nebo jin\u00e9ho chorobn\u00e9ho procesu (nap\u0159\u00edklad <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips266'>celiakie<\/span>) ve st\u0159ev\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i m\u00edrn\u00e9 poru\u0161e vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9my jen v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9ka. U st\u0159edn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poruchy jsou probl\u00e9my i po po\u017eit\u00ed kysan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (je v nich m\u00e9n\u011b ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru d\u00edky p\u016fsoben\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed). Lid\u00e9 s nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed poruchou nemohou konzumovat ani potraviny nebo l\u00e9ky s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"line-height: 107%;color: black\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><a href=\"5&amp;catid=76&amp;Itemid=126\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Alergie<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;color: black\"> <\/span><strong><span style=\"line-height: 107%;color: black\">na kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko<br \/><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;color: #333333\">Jak a pro\u010d vznik\u00e1 alergie na ml\u00e9ko?<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 107%\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>B\u00edlkoviny v ml\u00e9ce mohou p\u016fsobit jako <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips275'>alergeny<\/span>. <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips275'>alergen<\/span> je pro zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka ne\u0161kodn\u00fd, jeho p\u0159\u00edtomnost v t\u011ble alergika v\u0161ak spust\u00ed \u201eimunitn\u00ed poplach\u201c, kter\u00fd vede k po\u0161kozen\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00fdch struktur. Navenek se to projev\u00ed ekz\u00e9mem, velmi \u010dast\u00e9 jsou tr\u00e1vic\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee po po\u017eit\u00ed ml\u00e9ka nebo potraviny s jeho obsahem \u2013 pr\u016fjmy, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, k\u0159e\u010de, plynatost. M\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 jsou d\u00fdchac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips275'>alergeny<\/span>, obsa\u017een\u00e9 v ml\u00e9ce, vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed obvykle reakci po tepeln\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed i bez tepeln\u00e9 \u00fapravy a pot\u00ed\u017ee vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 i velmi mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny \u2013 od 1 miligramu. U \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 alergii na ml\u00e9ko v d\u011btstv\u00ed, se m\u016f\u017ee v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku tato alergie \u201eztratit\u201c. N\u011bkdy je mo\u017en\u00e9 kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko nahradit jin\u00fdm, u n\u00e1s nej\u010dast\u011bji koz\u00edm nebo sojov\u00fdm \u2013 probl\u00e9mem ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vznik \u201ezk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 alergie\u201c \u2013 kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je slo\u017een\u00edm podobn\u00e9 ml\u00e9k\u016fm ostatn\u00edch savc\u016f, nej\u010dast\u011bji vznik\u00e1 zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 alergie na koz\u00ed a kobyl\u00ed ml\u00e9ko. Stejn\u011b tak asi u 50% d\u011bt\u00ed s alergi\u00ed na kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko se vyvine alergie na s\u00f3ju.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak pozn\u00e1m, \u017ee moje pot\u00ed\u017ee zp\u016fsobuje ml\u00e9ko?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odhalit, kter\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st potravy v\u00e1m \u0161kod\u00ed, je \u010dasto velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9. M\u00e1te-li podez\u0159en\u00ed na nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost nebo alergii ml\u00e9ka, m\u016f\u017eete postupovat takto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Vynechte nejm\u00e9n\u011b na t\u00fdden, rad\u011bji d\u00e9le, z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u0161echny <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips32'>potraviny s obsahem ml\u00e9ka<\/span>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Po t\u00e9to dob\u011b za\u0159a\u010fte nejprve mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kysan\u00e9ho ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku, pozorujte mo\u017enou reakci min. po dobu 2 dn\u016f, potravinu podejte opakovan\u011b v men\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Pokud se ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed reakce nedostavila, m\u016f\u017eete zkusit postupn\u011b zvy\u0161ovat mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Snesete kysan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky?\u00a0 Zkuste za\u0159adit i ml\u00e9ko.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Vyplat\u00ed se v\u00e9st si \u201e<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips84'>p\u0159\u00edznakov\u00fd den\u00edk<\/span>\u201c, kter\u00fd pak m\u016f\u017eeme uk\u00e1zat l\u00e9ka\u0159i.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Pokud se u v\u00e1s kdykoli d\u0159\u00edve vyskytovaly d\u00fdchac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee nebo z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my po po\u017eit\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny, zav\u00e1d\u011bjte rizikov\u00e9 potraviny pouze pod l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm dozorem!<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak rozli\u0161\u00edm, kterou z ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch reakc\u00ed na ml\u00e9ko trp\u00edm?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od potravinov\u00e9 alergie se u nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed na reakci nepod\u00edl\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips117'>imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/span>. P\u0159\u00edznaky alergi\u00ed a nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed jsou v\u0161ak \u010dasto velmi podobn\u00e9. Asi nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete pozorovat sami, je v tom, jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9ka nebo potravin z ml\u00e9ka snesete. U alergie vyvol\u00e1 reakci a rozvoj p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f i velmi mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips275'>alergenu<\/span>, zat\u00edmco u nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span> b\u00fdv\u00e1 reakce t\u00edm v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce ml\u00e9ka nebo ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku sn\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>S jistotou ale mohou alergii nebo intoleranci ml\u00e9ka potvrdit jen testy \u2013 alergie se zji\u0161\u0165uje pomoc\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed krve na p\u0159\u00edtomnost protil\u00e1tek proti jednotliv\u00fdm slo\u017ek\u00e1m ml\u00e9ka. Porucha tr\u00e1ven\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru se stanov\u00ed pomoc\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edho st\u0159evn\u00edho a dechov\u00e9ho testu.\u00a0 Pokud m\u00e1te podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou va\u0161ich probl\u00e9m\u016f je pr\u00e1v\u011b ml\u00e9ko, m\u011bli byste nav\u0161t\u00edvit sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e, kter\u00fd doporu\u010d\u00ed bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se daj\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed reakce na ml\u00e9ko l\u00e9\u010dit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste zjistili, \u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b trp\u00edte jednou z ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch reakc\u00ed na ml\u00e9ko, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jedinou \u201el\u00e9\u010dbou\u201c vynech\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to potraviny z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku (u alergie nebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti) nebo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku (u leh\u010d\u00edch stup\u0148\u016f nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>). U intolerance m\u016f\u017eete postupn\u011b vyzkou\u0161et, zda va\u0161e pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed jen ml\u00e9ko nebo i kysan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a tak\u00e9 kolik ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny m\u016f\u017eete zkonzumovat najednou. U nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fapln\u00e9 vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed, pokud je zp\u016fsobena vratn\u00fdm poru\u0161en\u00edm st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznice a poda\u0159\u00ed se naj\u00edt a vyl\u00e9\u010dit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud mus\u00edte ml\u00e9ko ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u00fapln\u011b odstranit nebo jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed hodn\u011b omezit, budete pot\u0159ebovat dodat jinou cestou v\u00e1pn\u00edk.
