Projevuje se pr\u016fjmy, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, bolestmi b\u0159icha. Probl\u00e9my \u010dast\u011bji trp\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed, \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je vylou\u010den\u00ed <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span> z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. P\u0159i m\u00edrn\u00e9 poru\u0161e vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9my jen v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9ka, u st\u0159edn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poruchy jsou probl\u00e9my i po po\u017eit\u00ed kysan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (je v nich m\u00e9n\u011b ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru d\u00edky p\u016fsoben\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed) nebo s\u00fdr\u016f. Lid\u00e9 s nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed poruchou nemohou konzumovat ani potraviny nebo l\u00e9ky s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips270'>lakt\u00f3zy<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #339900\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"text-align: right;width: 167px;float: right;height: 115px\" title=\"jahody\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/hrozby\/jahody.jpg\" alt=\"jahody\" width=\"167\" height=\"115\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/><\/span>Ovocn\u00fd cukr \u2013 frukt\u00f3za<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost ovocn\u00e9ho cukru je d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1 a projevuje se ji\u017e u kojenc\u016f p\u0159i p\u0159ikrmov\u00e1n\u00ed. Mezi projevy pat\u0159\u00ed zvracen\u00ed, k\u0159e\u010de, poruchy sr\u00e1\u017een\u00ed krve, a\u017e bezv\u011bdom\u00ed i smrt. Je nutn\u00e9 vynechat v\u0161echny potraviny s obsahem frukt\u00f3zy (ovoce, n\u011bkter\u00e9 cukrovinky), ale i sachar\u00f3zy, co\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd (\u0159epn\u00fd) cukr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips165'>aminokyselina<\/span> fenylalanin<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost fenylalaninu se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 fenylketonurie. Je to d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1 choroba a proto\u017ee jej\u00ed n\u00e1sledky jsou velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9, je na toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b testov\u00e1n ka\u017ed\u00fd novorozenec. Fenylalanin je b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rostlinn\u00fdch i \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin, tak\u017ee j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek nemocn\u00fdch je velmi omezen\u00fd. D\u0159\u00edve se doporu\u010dovala dieta jen do dosa\u017een\u00ed dosp\u011blosti, dnes je ji\u017e nasazov\u00e1na celo\u017eivotn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips308'>Lepek<\/span><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips307'>lepku<\/span> se projevuje hubnut\u00edm, podv\u00fd\u017eivou, nedostatkem d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin, prjmy, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, bolestmi b\u0159icha a u d\u011bt\u00ed\u00a0 \u0161patn\u00fdm r\u016fstem a v\u00fdvojem.. S rostouc\u00edm v\u011bkem tr\u00e1vic\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee ustupuj\u00ed a nemoc m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt jin\u00e9 nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky. N\u011bkdy se naopak m\u016f\u017ee choroba projevit a\u017e v dosp\u011blosti. Nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips307'>lepku<\/span> je d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1, posti\u017een\u00ed se vyskytuje u geneticky predisponovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f, p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00ed 1. stupn\u011b onemocn\u00ed v 10 %, jednovaje\u010dn\u00e9 dvoj\u010de v 70 %,\u00a0 tak\u017ee pokud ji zjistili n\u011bkomu v rodin\u011b, je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu i u v\u00e1s. Celiakii nelze vyl\u00e9\u010dit, proto\u017ee nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips307'>lepku<\/span> je celo\u017eivotn\u00ed. Jedin\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm je\u00a0 <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips116'>bezlepkov\u00e1 dieta<\/span>. Budete muset vylou\u010dit z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u0161echny <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips40'>potraviny s obsahem lepku<\/span>. Nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed diety m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 komplikace jako je rakovina st\u0159ev nebo cukrovka.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina je odhalena \u2013 a co d\u00e1l?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud skute\u010dn\u011b trp\u00edte nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed potravin, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jedinou \u201el\u00e9\u010dbou\u201c vynech\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to potraviny z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku nebo alespo\u0148 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed jej\u00ed konzumace. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee zat\u00edmco u alergi\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 reakci i nepatrn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed potraviny, u nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti se z\u00e1va\u017enost reakce stup\u0148uje s mno\u017estv\u00edm po\u017eit\u00e9 netolerovan\u00e9 potraviny.
