Jde zejm\u00e9na o ty, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na sv\u00e9m obalu naps\u00e1no <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips42'>st\u0159edn\u011b mineralizovan\u00e9<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips71'>siln\u011b mineralizovan\u00e9<\/span> nebo <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips25'>velmi <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips71'>siln\u011b mineralizovan\u00e9<\/span><\/span>. T\u011bchto bychom nem\u011bli denn\u011b vyp\u00edt v\u00edce ne\u017e 1-2 sklenice (500 ml) a je vhodn\u00e9 je st\u0159\u00eddat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Ani <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips26'>velmi <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips72'>slab\u011b mineralizovan\u00e9<\/span><\/span> vody nejsou vhodn\u00e9 ke ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu pit\u00ed. Pouze ty, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na obalu uvedeno <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips72'>slab\u011b mineralizovan\u00e9<\/span> jsou vhodn\u00e9 ke ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu pit\u00ed i ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed \u00fam\u011brn\u00e9m pot\u0159eb\u00e1m organizmu. Zkuste se pod\u00edvat na obal vody, kterou pr\u00e1v\u011b pijete nebo kterou si b\u011b\u017en\u011b kupujete, kolik j\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete denn\u011b vyp\u00edt? <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips35'>Vody perliv\u00e9 s bublinkami<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">jsou obl\u00edben\u00fdm osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1pojem, ale nem\u011bli bychom je p\u00edt pravideln\u011b, jen v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b. Nav\u00edc jich nelze vyp\u00edt moc najednou a ke v\u0161emu jsou mo\u010dopudn\u00e9, tak\u017ee rozhodn\u011b nejsou ide\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1pojem k dopln\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161ich t\u011blesn\u00fdch tekutin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed zdroje tekutin<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Za zdroje tekutin lze tak\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edtat <strong>pol\u00e9vky<\/strong>, <strong>ovoce<\/strong> (nap\u0159\u00edklad jahody, citrusov\u00e9 ovoce) a <strong>zeleninu<\/strong> (nap\u0159\u00edklad raj\u010data, okurky, melouny).
