{"id":749,"date":"2006-12-28T17:02:05","date_gmt":"2006-12-28T16:02:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/2006\/12\/28\/25\/"},"modified":"2024-11-07T13:57:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T12:57:12","slug":"25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens\/25\/","title":{"rendered":"Kontrola od vidl\u00ed a\u017e po vidli\u010dku"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003399\">O tom, jak a k\u00fdm je v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed zemi kontrolov\u00e1na kvalita a nez\u00e1vadnost potravin od sklizen\u00ed surovin z pole a\u017e po j\u00eddlo na tal\u00ed\u0159i.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 143px;height: 105px;float: left\" title=\"kure-na-taliri\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/nakupovani\/kure-na-taliri.jpg\" alt=\"kure-na-taliri\" width=\"261\" height=\"191\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnost potravin v cel\u00e9m v\u00fdrobn\u00edm \u0159et\u011bzci, od sklizen\u00ed surovin z pole a\u017e po j\u00eddlo na tal\u00ed\u0159i, u n\u00e1s zaji\u0161\u0165uje a koordinuje Ministerstvo zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010cR, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u00da\u0159ad pro potraviny \u2013 Odbor bezpe\u010dnosti potravin.<\/p>\n<p>Na kvalitu potravin v obchodech a zp\u016fsob jejich prodeje, ale tak\u00e9 na kvalitu pokrm\u016f a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sad hygieny ve stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed d\u00e1le kontroln\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady z\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 st\u00e1tem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce <\/strong>dozoruje v\u00fdrobu a uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed potravin do ob\u011bhu (pokud toto nen\u00ed provedeno org\u00e1ny veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy) a vstup potravin a surovin rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu ze t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed do \u010cR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>St\u00e1tn\u00ed veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1va<\/strong> kontroluje v\u00fdrobu, skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159epravu, dovoz a v\u00fdvoz surovin a potravin \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu a jejich prodej na tr\u017enic\u00edch a v\u00a0prodejn\u00e1ch, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0\u00faprav\u011b masa, ml\u00e9ka, ryb, dr\u016fbe\u017ee, vajec a zv\u011b\u0159iny.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed kontroln\u00ed a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed \u00fastav zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fd (\u00daKZ\u00daZ)<\/strong>, kter\u00fd prov\u00e1d\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed dozor nad prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm klasifikace t\u011bl jate\u010dn\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at a v oblasti krmiv, agrochemie, p\u016fdy a v\u00fd\u017eivy rostlin, osiv a sadby p\u011bstovan\u00fdch rostlin, ochrany proti \u0161kodliv\u00fdm organism\u016fm a v oblasti p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f na ochranu rostlin aj.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Org\u00e1ny ochrany ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed<\/strong> (Ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed, Hlavn\u00ed hygienik \u010cR, krajsk\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastavy a krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice) vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed dozor ve stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch a zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny po\u0161kozen\u00ed nebo ohro\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a zamezuj\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed infek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed z potravin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00dastav pro st\u00e1tn\u00ed kontrolu veterin\u00e1rn\u00edch bioprepar\u00e1t\u016f a l\u00e9\u010div<\/strong> dozoruje pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f pro veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di v\u010detn\u011b souvisej\u00edc\u00edch oblast\u00ed, v oblasti pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zak\u00e1zan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a v oblasti pravidel pro v\u00fdrobu a uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed do ob\u011bhu medikovan\u00fdch krmiv.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0M\u00e1te-li pochybnosti o <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips278'>jakosti<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips49'>zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnosti<\/span> \u010di zna\u010den\u00ed potravin nebo se V\u00e1m nel\u00edb\u00ed nekal\u00e9 praktiky a \u0161patn\u00e1 hygiena v prodejn\u011b \u010di v restauraci, m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t n\u011bkter\u00e9mu z t\u011bchto kontroln\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f podn\u011bt k pro\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak pozn\u00e1m, na kter\u00fd kontroln\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad se s podn\u011btem obr\u00e1tit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro laika t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 rozhodnout, kter\u00e1 z organizac\u00ed m\u00e1 danou z\u00e1le\u017eitost na starost.\u00a0V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee si nebudete jisti, sta\u010d\u00ed si probl\u00e9m ov\u011b\u0159it na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m \u00fa\u0159ad\u011b.
