Je zde nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplota a v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee \u0161\u0165\u00e1va z masa nem\u016f\u017ee odkap\u00e1vat na jin\u00e9 potraviny. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Vejce a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky skladujte ve st\u0159edn\u00ed a ve vrchn\u00ed polici. Zde ukl\u00e1dejte tak\u00e9 zbytky hotov\u00fdch pokrm\u016f, sendvi\u010de, mou\u010dn\u00edky a potraviny s ozna\u010den\u00edm &#8222;po otev\u0159en\u00ed uchovejte v chladu&#8220;. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Pro ulo\u017een\u00ed zeleniny a ovoce je vhodn\u00e1 z\u00e1suvka na dn\u011b chladni\u010dky, nebo\u0165 zde je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota ne\u017e v polic\u00edch (kolem 10 \u00b0C). P\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ovoce. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Poli\u010dky um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 ve dve\u0159\u00edch jsou \u201enejteplej\u0161\u00edm\u201c m\u00edstem chladni\u010dky a jsou ur\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro n\u00e1poje, ho\u0159\u010dici a dal\u0161\u00ed potraviny, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed jen velmi m\u00edrn\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Ne v\u0161echny potraviny je dobr\u00e9 chladit!<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba chladit, n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokonce mohou b\u011bhem chlazen\u00ed ztr\u00e1cet svoji kvalitu. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o exotick\u00e9 ovoce (zejm\u00e9na ban\u00e1ny), raj\u010data, fazolov\u00e9 lusky, okurky a dal\u0161\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 chl\u00e9b ulo\u017een\u00fd v chladni\u010dce st\u00e1rne rychleji ne\u017e mimo (chcete-li pe\u010divo\u00a0 d\u00e9le uchovat, zmrazte jej v mraz\u00e1ku). Ovoce a zelenina, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed dozr\u00e1t, do chladni\u010dky nepat\u0159\u00ed, dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Na co si d\u00e1t pozor?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Chladni\u010dka se nem\u00e1 v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159epl\u0148ovat. Jestli\u017ee mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi potravinami nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed voln\u00e9 mezery, vzduch nem\u016f\u017ee v jejich bl\u00edzkosti voln\u011b kolovat a m\u016f\u017ee se dokonce i o n\u011bco zv\u00fd\u0161it jeho teplota, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit kvalitu skladovan\u00fdch potravin. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Do chladni\u010dky ned\u00e1vejte tepl\u00e9 potraviny ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, nebo\u0165 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed teplotu uvnit\u0159 cel\u00e9 chladni\u010dky a zvy\u0161uje se tak riziko pomno\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f. Nejprve tyto potraviny ochla\u010fte p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b nebo pono\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1doby do studen\u00e9 vody,\u00a0 teprve potom je dejte do chladni\u010dky (plat\u00ed ale z\u00e1sada, \u017ee zbytky j\u00eddla se maj\u00ed ulo\u017eit v chladni\u010dce nejpozd\u011bji do dvou hodin po pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed). <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Zn\u00e1te metodu FIFO? \u201eFirst-In-First-Out\u201c \u2013 v doslovn\u00e9m p\u0159ekladu toto znamen\u00e1 \u201ePrvn\u00ed dovnit\u0159-prvn\u00ed ven!\u201c Jde o to, \u017ee potraviny, kter\u00e9 jste do chladni\u010dky dali jako prvn\u00ed, m\u00e1te tak\u00e9 jako prvn\u00ed spot\u0159ebovat. Jen velmi m\u00e1lo potravin je pak nutn\u00e9 vyhodit kv\u016fli pro\u0161l\u00e9 z\u00e1ru\u010dn\u00ed lh\u016ft\u011b. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Porcovan\u00e9 potraviny, balen\u00e9 ve vakuu nebo v ochrann\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e, po otev\u0159en\u00ed co nejd\u0159\u00edve zkonzumujte.
