Vegetari\u00e1ni odm\u00edtaj\u00ed j\u00edst \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nebo \u00fapln\u011b potraviny \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. Jejich strava m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat podobn\u011b jako u lakto-ovo vegetari\u00e1n\u016f tak\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a\/nebo vejce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegani<\/strong> \u2013 jsou velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00ed vegetari\u00e1ni, kte\u0159\u00ed ze sv\u00e9 stravy zcela vylu\u010duj\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 potraviny \u2013 ve\u0161ker\u00e9 druhy masa, ryby, d\u00e1le ml\u00e9ko, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky i vejce. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich nejed\u00ed dokonce ani v\u010del\u00ed med.
