Nyn\u00ed jsou si ale odborn\u00edci jisti, \u017ee <strong>b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 denn\u00ed aktivity, jako je ch\u016fze a dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, mus\u00ed lid\u00e9 doplnit intenzivn\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00edm, nejl\u00e9pe dvacetiminutov\u00fdm, a to nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159ikr\u00e1t do t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Vytrvalost m\u016f\u017eeme rozv\u00edjet rychlou ch\u016fz\u00ed, joggingem, b\u011bhem, cyklistikou, plav\u00e1n\u00edm, b\u011bhem na ly\u017e\u00edch, ale i j\u00edzdou na rotopedu. <br \/>Na obratnost jsou nejlep\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 hry. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">K rozvoji s\u00edly n\u00e1m skv\u011ble poslou\u017e\u00ed posilovac\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, kdy m\u016f\u017eeme vyu\u017e\u00edt i r\u016fzn\u00e9 pom\u016fcky jako jsou mal\u00e9 \u010dinky, gumy na cvi\u010den\u00ed, balony a podobn\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Jeden ze sport\u016f, jeho\u017e ko\u0159eny sahaj\u00ed daleko do minulosti, je <strong>plav\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Plav\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u00fdborn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdvoj pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu, tak\u00e9 posiluje srdce a pl\u00edce. Plav\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme tr\u00e9novat vytrvalost, nav\u00edc je to dobr\u00fd prost\u0159edek k otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a prokrven\u00ed organismu. Silni\u010dn\u00ed cyklistika, d\u00edky rychl\u00e9 j\u00edzd\u011b pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje zdatnost srde\u010dn\u011b c\u00e9vn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, horsk\u00e1 kola zase zlep\u0161uj\u00ed silovou vytrvalost. Cyklistika celkov\u011b zlep\u0161uje t\u011blesnou kondici a je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed i k \u00faprav\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.
