Marinovan\u00e9 maso je k\u0159eh\u010d\u00ed a marinov\u00e1n\u00ed mu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 a v\u016fni. Jestli\u017ee chcete \u010d\u00e1st marin\u00e1dy pou\u017e\u00edt jako om\u00e1\u010dku nebo k p\u0159elit\u00ed pokrmu, odlijte ji do zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed n\u00e1doby d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e do n\u00ed vlo\u017e\u00edte syrov\u00e9 maso. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Pokud hodl\u00e1te marin\u00e1du pou\u017e\u00edvat opakovan\u011b, rad\u011bji ji p\u0159eva\u0159te. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Maso s marin\u00e1dou by m\u011blo b\u00fdt ulo\u017eeno v chladni\u010dce a z chladni\u010dky vyjmuto a\u017e t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed grilov\u00e1n\u00edm. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">P\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b masa, marin\u00e1dy a p\u0159\u00edloh na m\u00edsto grilov\u00e1n\u00ed pou\u017eijte termobox s chladic\u00edmi vlo\u017ekami, nebo automobilovou chladni\u010dku. P\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm grilov\u00e1n\u00edm vyjm\u011bte z termoboxu nebo autochladni\u010dky takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed masa, kter\u00e9 budete okam\u017eit\u011b grilovat. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">P\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed masa venku je velmi dobr\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips236'>teplom\u011br<\/span> pro vpichov\u00e1n\u00ed do masa. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">P\u0159i grilov\u00e1n\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby bylo maso prope\u010den\u00e9 i ve sv\u00e9m st\u0159edu. Plat\u00ed, \u017ee pouze d\u016fkladn\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u00faprava, minim\u00e1ln\u011b 70 \u00b0C po dobu 10 minut v cel\u00e9 porci grilovan\u00e9ho masa i karban\u00e1tku (burgeru), usmrt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 mikroorganismy, kter\u00e9 se zde mohou vyskytovat. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Dejte pozor, aby i velk\u00e9 kusy masa byly i uvnit\u0159 dob\u0159e prope\u010den\u00e9. Maso, kter\u00e9 vypad\u00e1 na povrchu upe\u010den\u00e9 nebo je dokonce sp\u00e1len<\/span><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">\u00e9, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt zcela upe\u010den\u00e9 uvnit\u0159! Pro kontrolu spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho prope\u010den\u00ed \u0159\u00edzn\u011bte do masa no\u017eem. \u0160\u0165\u00e1va, kter\u00e1 z masa vyt\u00e9k\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u010dir\u00e1 a maso nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Upe\u010denou rybu pozn\u00e1te tak, \u017ee maso lze snadno d\u011blit vidli\u010dkou. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Pe\u010den\u00e9 maso pod\u00e1vejte ihned. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Pozor na k\u0159\u00ed\u017eovou kontaminaci!\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Pro upe\u010den\u00e9 maso pou\u017e\u00edvejte z\u00e1sadn\u011b jin\u00e9 t\u00e1cky, p\u0159\u00edbory a dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u00ed a pracovn\u00ed plochy ne\u017e pro syrov\u00e9. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">P\u0159i samotn\u00e9m grilov\u00e1n\u00ed je t\u0159eba db\u00e1t na to, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed zejm\u00e9na okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed masa. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nesm\u00ed plameny maso \u201eolizovat\u201c. Pokud se tak stane, sp\u00e1len\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti odstra\u0148te a nekonzumujte. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">\u017dhav\u00e9 uhl\u00ed v grilu srovnejte tak, aby na n\u011bj z grilovan\u00e9 porce nekapal uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed se tuk, nebo pou\u017eijte odkap\u00e1vac\u00ed misky um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 mezi ohni\u0161t\u011bm a ro\u017en\u011bm. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">L\u00e9pe je pou\u017e\u00edvat ke grilov\u00e1n\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 uhl\u00ed, vyb\u00edrat pouze libov\u00e9 maso a z dr\u016fbe\u017ee p\u0159ed grilov\u00e1n\u00edm odstranit k\u016f\u017ei. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">A na z\u00e1v\u011br lekce o grilov\u00e1n\u00ed je pot\u0159eba trochu pod\u011bsit! B\u011bhem grilov\u00e1n\u00ed toti\u017e vznikaj\u00ed rakovinotvorn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, nej\u010dast\u011bji odkap\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm tuku z grilovan\u00e9ho masa na roz\u017ehaven\u00e9 uhl\u00ed a p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed smoln\u00e9ho nebo borov\u00e9ho d\u0159eva. Proto si grilovan\u00fdmi pokrmy sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek pouze sem tam jen zpest\u0159ete a konzumujte je s mno\u017estv\u00edm \u010derstv\u00e9 zeleniny, ve kter\u00e9 jsou naopak p\u0159\u00edtomny l\u00e1tky s ochrann\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Pikniky<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Na piknik v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b s sebou vezm\u011bte jen takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin, kter\u00e9 spot\u0159ebujete. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Nevhodn\u00e9 jsou potraviny, kter\u00e9 se rychle kaz\u00ed (m\u011bkk\u00e9 sal\u00e1my, pa\u0161tiky, vaje\u010dn\u00e9 a ryb\u00ed pomaz\u00e1nky, majon\u00e9zov\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty), naopak vhodn\u00e9 je trvanliv\u00e9 pe\u010divo a \u010derstv\u00e1 zelenina nebo ovoce. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Nezapome\u0148te s sebou vz\u00edt dostatek vhodn\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">V\u0161echny pokrmy p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 doma (sendvi\u010de, sal\u00e1ty apod.) dob\u0159e vychla\u010fte a ulo\u017ete do termoboxu \u010di do autochladni\u010dky, aby se teplota udr\u017eela kolem 4 \u00b0C. Pokud d\u00e1te do termoboxu nechlazen\u00e9 potraviny, termobox je s\u00e1m neochlad\u00ed, a to i kdy\u017e p\u0159id\u00e1me do boxu led. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Logick\u00e9 je, \u017ee po p\u0159\u00edjezdu na m\u00edsto pikniku um\u00edst\u00edte termobox do st\u00ednu. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Potraviny ponechan\u00e9 v termoboxu jsou nez\u00e1vadn\u00e9, jen pokud nen\u00ed led rozt\u00e1t\u00fd.
