Cestov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed se v restaurac\u00edch, ve fast foodech, nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed na tr\u017ei\u0161t\u00edch a ve st\u00e1nc\u00edch, konzumace trvanliv\u00fdch potravin v\u010detn\u011b konzerv a tak\u00e9 nedostate\u010dn\u011b tepeln\u011b upraven\u00fdch j\u00eddel, kter\u00e1 jsme p\u0159edem p\u0159ipravili doma, nevhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro p\u0159\u00edpravu stravy a \u010dasto chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed zdroj nez\u00e1vadn\u00e9 pitn\u00e9 vody \u2013 to v\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee ve spojen\u00ed s n\u00edzk\u00fdm hygienick\u00fdm standardem v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rizika n\u00e1kaz p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch potravinami. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">A tak se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee si m\u016f\u017eeme z dovolen\u00e9 p\u0159iv\u00e9zt jako nemil\u00fd suven\u00fdr onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, a to zejm\u00e9na z cest po zem\u00edch s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed hygieny, ne\u017e na jakou jsme my, \u201ezh\u00fd\u010dkan\u00ed St\u0159edoevropan\u00e9\u201c, zvykl\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Co ud\u011blat p\u0159ed cestou nejprve?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Na to, jak se probl\u00e9m\u016fm vyhnout, je t\u0159eba myslet ji\u017e p\u0159ed cestou a informovat se o aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed epidemiologick\u00e9 situaci v nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00e9 oblasti a o mo\u017enostech prevence v\u010detn\u011b o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed. Cestujete-li tedy do n\u011bkter\u00e9 z exotick\u00fdch zem\u00ed, m\u011bli byste si p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zjistit, jak\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se tam vyskytuj\u00ed a jak se proti nim m\u016f\u017eete chr\u00e1nit (o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed, hygienick\u00e1 pravidla).
