Sod\u00edk tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 40 % hmotnosti soli a ka\u017ed\u00fd gram soli proto obsahuje 0,4 g sod\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"> Nap\u0159\u00edklad 5 g soli, co\u017e je asi 1 vrchovat\u00e1 \u010dajov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka, obsahuje 2 g sod\u00edku (5g x 0,4). Ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch n\u00e1m s\u016fl \u0161kod\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Jak moc soli n\u00e1m \u0161kod\u00ed? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Za bezpe\u010dnou, zdrav\u00ed ne\u0161kodnou d\u00e1vku je pova\u017eov\u00e1no 5 g soli denn\u011b, co\u017e je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jedna \u010dajov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 spot\u0159eba soli v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice na osobu je asi 15 g denn\u011b. Budete se divit, jak dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed s\u016fl nahradit. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Jezte v\u00edce \u010derstv\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny.
