Alternativn\u00edch sm\u011br\u016f je velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed a jsou zalo\u017eeny na r\u016fzn\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku chyb\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch potravin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Rozd\u00edly ale mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 v odli\u0161n\u00e9m zp\u016fsobu p\u0159\u00edpravy pokrm\u016f, ve v\u00fdb\u011bru potravin nap\u0159. vyprodukovan\u00fdch pouze v ekologick\u00e9m zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010di v nezvykl\u00e9 kombinaci potravin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"text-align: left;width: 165px;height: 131px;float: right\" title=\"alternativni_vyziva\" src=\"https:\/\/viscojis.cz\/teens-files\/stories\/jak_kde\/alternativni_vyziva.jpg\" alt=\"alternativni_vyziva\" width=\"248\" height=\"197\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 d\u016fvody pro alternativn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu mohou lid\u00e9 m\u00edt?<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Je jich mnoho, ale nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvody jsou: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Ekologick\u00e9\/environment\u00e1ln\u00ed, etick\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 snaha \u017e\u00edt v souladu s p\u0159\u00edrodou, neni\u010dit plantetu a jej\u00ed zdroje, nezab\u00edjet zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Tito lid\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou nesouhlas\u00ed ani s ryba\u0159en\u00edm, myslivost\u00ed, ko\u017ee\u0161inov\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslem, cirkusy \u010di provozov\u00e1n\u00edm ZOO, odm\u00edtaj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f z k\u016f\u017ee, vlny a hedv\u00e1b\u00ed \u010di kosmetiky testovan\u00e9 na zv\u00ed\u0159atech. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>N\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 nap\u0159. judaismus zakazuje konzumaci vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho masa, nebo\u0165 \u017did\u00e9 pova\u017euj\u00ed prase za ne\u010dist\u00e9 zv\u00ed\u0159e. V Indii je zase posv\u00e1tn\u00e1 kr\u00e1va\u00a0 a Indov\u00e9 proto nejed\u00ed hov\u011bz\u00ed a telec\u00ed maso. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Zdravotn\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 jen cht\u011bj\u00ed \u017e\u00edt zdrav\u011bji a jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee alternativn\u00ed zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed bude ta spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 cesta ke zdrav\u00ed, a\u010dkoli to tak ve skute\u010dnosti v\u016fbec nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt. Extr\u00e9mn\u00ed alternativn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby stravov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou toti\u017e zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka naopak po\u0161kodit. D\u00e1le je zde skupina osob, kter\u00e9 jsou nemocn\u00e9 a hledaj\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se vyl\u00e9\u010dit pokud mo\u017eno \u201ep\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed cestou\u201c &#8211; vol\u00ed proto alternativn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu. Zast\u00e1nci n\u011bkter\u00fdch alternativn\u00edch sm\u011br\u016f tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed pomoc\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b zvolen\u00e9 stravy vyl\u00e9\u010dit i velmi z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad rakovinu. Nemocn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pak m\u016f\u017ee lehce takov\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm uv\u011b\u0159it a t\u0159eba i opustit klasickou l\u00e9\u010dbu, co\u017e mu m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1sledn\u011b u\u0161kodit. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Jin\u00e9 d\u016fvody<\/strong> \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159echod k alternativn\u00edmu zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed protestem proti v\u0161emu tradi\u010dn\u00edmu. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed v\u00fdhody m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed alternativn\u00edho zp\u016fsobu stravovan\u00ed?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">V\u00fdhody z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, jak\u00e9 potraviny \u010dlov\u011bk konzumuje a kter\u00e9 ve sv\u00e9m j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vynech\u00e1v\u00e1. Sni\u017euje se tak\u00e9 riziko vzniku nkter\u00fdch n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nap\u0159. rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva.\u00a0 Dostatek <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips219'>vl\u00e1kniny<\/span> v potrav\u011b chr\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0 p\u0159ed vznikem z\u00e1cpy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\"><strong>Jak\u00e1 rizika mohou plynout z dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed alternativn\u00edho zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4e4e\">Rizika z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, kdo se alternativn\u011b stravuje \u2013 zda se jedn\u00e1 o mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, t\u011bhotnou nebo koj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eenu, \u010di zdrav\u00e9ho dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u2013 a jak\u00e9 potraviny ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vynech\u00e1v\u00e1.
